The Traitors Season 3 has already ended, with four Faithfuls splitting the over $200,000 prize: Dylan Efron, Dolores Catania, Lord Ivar Mountbatten, and Gabby Windey.

Throughout the season, former Bachelor and Bachelorette star Gabby made a huge impression on fans with her sense of humor and fashion choices. In fact, by Week 8 of the series, Gabby had gained over 200,000 Instagram followers according to a pop culture data poll, and she continued to steal the spotlight after her win, even signing with UTA to represent her in all her future endeavors—like possibly a spot on Real Housewives?

Before Gabby took reality TV by storm, she worked a regular job. In fact, she had two jobs before making her first TV appearance as a contestant on Season 26 of The Bachelor.

Gabby Windey gained even more fame after starring in and winning Season 3 of The Traitors. However, before she starred in any reality TV show, Gabby was working as an NFL cheerleader for the Denver Broncos.

Gabby began performing on the sidelines for the Broncos in 2016. The following year, she shared just how much she enjoyed being part of the Broncos family, which not only included dancing for the team but also taking part in humanitarian work.

“It was such an experience being able to dance on the field for every game. I knew that community service was a big part of being on this team, but I didn’t realize how many great organizations we were going to be able to work with and how many of them I would feel really connected to,” she stated in her cheerleader biography.

Gabby Windey was born on January 2, 1991, in O’Fallon, Illinois.

Five years later, Gabby was the first female recipient of the Pop Warner Humanitarian Award, which is given to those who dedicate their time to humanitarian work and community service. While working as an NFL cheerleader, Gabby was also on the frontlines as an ICU nurse during the Covid-19 pandemic.

“Windey is the first female and NFL cheerleader in the history of the award, which has traditionally been awarded to NFL players.”

Gabby appeared on Season 31 of Dancing With the Stars, partnering with Val Chmerkovskiy, and finishing in 2nd place.

The Reality TV Star Worked As An ICU Nurse During The Covid-19 Pandemic

Gabby worked as an ICU nurse at UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital after graduating from UC Colorado Springs’ nursing school in 2013. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, she had to put her career as a cheerleader on hold, but continued to put on her scrubs to help those affected by the virus.

In April 2020, during the early stages of Covid-19, Gabby shared her experiences working as a nurse with The Athletic:

“We’re all leaning on each other, and it really becomes a new normal kind of fast. All of health care is ever-changing because we’re always trying to make sure we’re doing things the best way, which comes with evidence-based practice and re-evaluating the way we’re doing things. So we are used to change. But it is hard and, of course, this is different because of the seriousness of it and how many people it’s affecting.”

While speaking about her nursing job with former Bachelor Nation stars Mike Johnson and Brian Abasolo on the Talking It Out with Bachelor Nation podcast, Gabby detailed the hardest aspects of nursing. “I started when I was 22, and as an ICU nurse, you’re around a lot of death and dying, and you learn quickly how to have these important conversations that you don’t normally have.”

She continued, “I’m not on a platform saying I’m a hero or anything. I’m a nurse, and I’ve always loved being a nurse. I’m grateful to have given back.”

The day before the Season 3 finale of The Traitors aired, Gabby surprised her fans when she announced she had married Robby Hoffman, whom she had been dating since August 2023.

Gabby and Robby, a comedian from New York City, tied the knot at a Las Vegas chapel on January 11th. The ceremony was intimate, with Gabby sharing several photos of their wedding day, including how Robby proposed to the reality star just a few days before using their favorite game, The New York Times’ Wordle. She captioned the photos, “Husband and wife!! 1/11/2025 🥂💍.”

Gabby was a contestant on Season 26 of The Bachelor with Clayton Echard as the lead. Gabby and contestant Rachel Recchia placed runner-up and would later star as The Bachelorette’s first-ever co-leads for Season 19. She accepted a proposal from Erich Schwer, but they split in November 2022.

Speaking to Cosmopolitan for her March cover shoot, Gabby explained why she and Robby decided to take the next step in their relationship.

“We had just evacuated from the fires. Literally cue Rihanna, ‘We found love in a hopeless place,’ What better time to get married than right now? Because if the world is ending, we want to be with each other.'”

In her joint interview with Robby for Cosmo, the Emmy-winning comedian also shared that their entire wedding cost a little less than $800.

“Our wedding was $799. That included the limousine. That included the photos. That included the minister,” Robby shared.

“There’s a comfort that comes with knowing you want to be together forever. Having Robby in my corner and believing in me, she’s helped me so much in the two years we’ve been together. This is the person I want next to me my whole life. I wish it was just us two all the time,” Gabby told the magazine.
