Former NFL player Marcellus Wiley has been accused of raping two women at Columbia University in the 1990s.

Two accusers of Wiley brought a lawsuit in New York last week, claiming that he assaulted them in separate incidents in his dorm room at the Ivy League school in 1994.

The 50-year-old, a former NFL defensive end who played for 10 seasons, has faced previous allegations of assault by another female student, allegations that he vehemently refuted.

The most recent allegations detail how the 6ft 4ins Wiley allegedly coerced a woman, now residing in Texas, into engaging in sexual activity after she had agreed to accompany him to his dorm room on October 27, 1994.

After saying no to Wiley ‘repeatedly’, he told her she was ‘too upright and needed to relax’ before turning up the music and imposing himself on her, according to the lawsuit.

The court papers claim Wiley then ‘swung [her] legs on the bed, lunged towards her and overpowered [her]’.

During the attack, he allegedly held her down and whispered to her ‘to relax, enjoy it, stop crying, and stop fighting the feeling.’

The alleged victim, who attended Barnard, claims she told a Columbia University administrator about the incident and they urged her not to file a criminal complaint.

It’s claimed they told her she ‘would be known as the girl who destroyed a black man’s NFL dream.’

It is then claimed, by the second anonymous accuser who now lives in California, that Wiley also assaulted her in his dorm room. Both alleged victims are seeking unspecified damages.

Wiley is married to former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Annemarie Wiley, 41, and the couple share three children. He also has a daughter from a previous relationship.

He was first accused of rape back in November 2023. The accuser, now an Ivy League professor and sociologist, claimed Wiley took her virginity when he assaulted her in 1994.

Wiley hit back at the claims, calling them ‘BS’ in a YouTube video.

The former lineman admitted that he was ‘interested’ in the alleged victim and that he spent a night with her after allegedly being invited back to her room.

‘If you’re a virgin, I am not going to be your first, because I am not looking at it with the same respect, esteem, honor that you should … We did mess around, but no vaginal intercourse,’ Wiley responded in the video.

He also claimed that the alleged victim started ‘talking trash’ about him after they spent the night together and she started the rumors to cover the ‘shame’ she felt for allegedly cheating on her boyfriend.

‘She felt ashamed to mess with me when she got caught. She didn’t feel ashamed inviting me over … she only felt shame when she knew there was no future with me,’ Wiley said.

Wiley played for the Buffalo Bills, San Diego Chargers, Dallas Cowboys and Jacksonville Jaguars during his NFL career. He was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2001.

He has since built a career as a TV analyst, appearing on ESPN and Fox Sports and his own podcast.

DailyMail.com has contacted both Wiley and his representatives for comment.

Columbia University declined to comment.
