Social media users had the same reaction to Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot’s red carpet reunion at the Snow White premiere.

Rachel, 23, and Gal, 39, attended the Los Angeles event alongside their castmates and crew on Saturday night at El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood.

Amid their rumored ‘feud,’ fans took to X to speculate that the women were faking their smiles and cordial attitudes as they posed for photos.

One person on X observed, ‘Those are some bad, fake, forced smiles; none of the smiles are reaching their eyes.’

Another agreed, adding, ‘Guarantee the smiles dropped as soon as they were done with the picture.’

In reference to a photo featuring producer Marc E. Platt between the two actresses, someone commented, ‘He’s holding them back like two wild beasts trying to kill each other.’

It has been widely speculated that there is a behind-the-scenes clash between the live action film’s two leading stars.

It’s believed to be over their opposing views on the yearslong Israeli-Palestinian conflict; Gadot is notably from Israel.

Despite the heavily rumored friction, the two ladies were pleasant and professional while promoting their movie, due out March 21.

For the special occasion, Rachel arrived in a strapless blush pink gown with a corseted bodice and billowy skirt with pleats.

She looked the part of a princess as she pulled her lustrous dark locks into a voluminous bun set at the top of her head.

The West Side Story sensation added a glinting diamond necklace and pink toned makeup to complete the glamorous look.

When asked by TMZ over the weekend how she feels now that Snow White is finally about to hit theaters, she answered, ‘It feels wonderful, thank you.’

Earlier this week, it was revealed by Variety that Disney chose to ‘scale back’ the movie’s LA premiere, limiting coverage to photographers and a house crew.

There’s been controversy surrounding the remake of the classic cartoon as the studio has given it a politically correct revamp. In 2022 Zegler supported the contemporary take on the story, telling Vanity Fair in 2022, ‘It needed that.’

Peter Dinklage weighed in, slamming Disney for remaking what he called a ‘f***ing backward story about seven dwarfs living in a cave together.’

Amid the backlash, the large scale premiere at meant to be held at Leicester Square in London was cancelled.

‘Disney are already anticipating an anti-woke backlash against Snow White and have reduced the media schedule to just a handful of tightly controlled press events,’ a source told People.

It was added: ‘That is why they have taken the highly unusual step not to host a London premiere for the film and are minimizing the amount of press questions that Rachel Zegler gets.’
