Marcellus Wiley is being accused of raping two women during his days at Columbia University.

According to a new report, a couple of lawsuits were filed against the 50-year-old former NFL player and husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Annemarie Wiley, 41, last week, with the accusers alleging to have been sexually assaulted by Marcellus separately in his college dorm in 1994.

As noted in a new report from the New York Post, both of the women were also attending Columbia University at the time, where Marcellus played for the Lions as both a running back and a defensive end.

In the lawsuit of the first accuser, it was alleged that Marcellus pressured the woman to have sex after inviting her back to his dorm and hardly removed her clothes before the alleged assault.

Although she reportedly told Marcellus “no repeatedly,” he allegedly accused her of being “too uptight and [said she] needed to relax” before blasting his radio and yelling at her.

“Wiley then swung [her] legs on the bed, lunged towards her and overpowered [her],” holding her down and telling her “to relax, enjoy it, stop crying, and stop fighting the feeling,” the lawsuit claimed.

While the woman claimed she reported the incident to a Columbia University administrator, the person told her she shouldn’t make a criminal complaint, saying that she “would be known as the girl who destroyed a black man’s NFL dream.”

The second woman’s lawsuit against Marcellus, who went on to play in the NFL for 10 seasons with the Buffalo Bills and the San Diego Chargers, alleged that she was assaulted just weeks later in Marcellus’ dorm room.

As RHOBH fans may have heard, Marcellus was first accused of rape in November 2023 by a woman who said she was a virgin at the time of the alleged encounter. In response, the three-time Pro Bowler took to YouTube to deny the allegations, labeling them as “BS.”

The two new accusers are seeking unspecified damages.

Annemarie Wiley exited The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills last March after just one season on Bravo.
