Andy Cohen Grills Craig Conover About Paige DeSorbo's 'New Guy'

Craig Conover and Paige DeSorbo’s breakup was riddled with drama, as reality TV breakups often are, and if the new Southern Charm trailer is anything to go by, it is far from over. With cheating accusations going both ways and Craig’s recent admission of his substance abuse problems, there are still a lot of things fans don’t know.

And Andy Cohen just threw another bomb. The season 10 reunion is promising a lot of new drama and revelations, and maybe the truth about what caused the infamous breakup will finally come out.

Andy Cohen Asked Craig Conover If Paige Left Him For The ‘New Guy’

The latest Southern Charm trailer showed Andy Cohen grilling Craig Conover about the way his relationship with Paige DeSorbo ended. While there are details that the world doesn’t know yet, both Craig and Paige have been open about airing their grievances, and they will seemingly continue to do so in the season 10 reunion.

In the trailer, Craig can be seen talking to Andy about the situation and how surprising it was for him.

“All my stuff just showed up on my porch one day,” he revealed in the talk with the host.

And then, Andy dropped the bomb. “Did she break up with you for the new guy?” he asked.

Of course, fans didn’t get to hear Craig’s response, but this isn’t the first time he remarked on how caught off guard he was by the breakup.

“This has all been very, very unexpected to say the least… But I guess I gotta start living again, whatever that looks like. Whatever my new normal looks like — I have to start,” he said back in January.

“[It happened] right before the holidays,” he added.

“I was very shocked. And it’s OK. It takes two people to be in a relationship and you can’t control other people, you can only control how you react to it. Remember to be kind to Paige and me and yourselves and all of that good stuff.”

The Cheating Accusations Going Around

Not long ago, Paige made very specific accusations of infidelity against Craig, as a response to the rumors of her cheating that were going around.

“I’m like, ‘Craig, what are you talking about?’ I feel like you’re so betraying me right now,” the Summer House star said. “You’re going to let people say that I’m a cheater. I caught you texting two b****** in our relationship.”

Faced with this, Craig responded almost immediately, swiftly denying the accusations.

“I never cheated,” he stated. “And I think the best thing you can have in a relationship is that security. Not worrying what your partner’s doing. So, no I wasn’t. But you can’t control people.”

Not only that, but he even praised himself for his sense of loyalty.

“Shep [Rose], my costar on Southern Charm was like, ‘That’s the most frustrating thing about you, is how loyal you are.'”

The Southern Charm reunion will certainly be eventful, and if there is in fact a “new guy”, fans will find out soon enough if he had something to do with the breakup.
