Meghan Markle is the queen of etiquette.

Meghan, 43, sent a handwritten letter to Amanda Hirsch after the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcaster said she was “scared for Meghan” ahead of the release of her Netflix lifestyle show.

Hirsch, 33, shared the letter via Instagram on Wednesday, March 19, writing, “OH MY DUCHESS.”

It was dated “March 2025” and monogrammed with a golden “M.” Using elegant calligraphy, the Duchess of Sussex had written: “Dear Amanda, I heard you were feeling scared. Don’t be! This is the fun part — let’s enjoy it. As ever, Meghan.”

Stassi Schroeder Defends Meghan Markle s Show for Being Unrelatable

Meghan Markle’s new Netflix show, With Love, Meghan, has been met with some scathing criticism as she brings viewers inside her California home for homemaking tips, a la Martha Stewart. Or, as The Guardian wrote, “The mildest way to describe this show is as a ghastly artefact of a particular cultural era that recently met […]

Hirsch’s followers flooded the comments section of her post.

Is this real?!!” one follower wrote, while another gushed, “Shut the front door!!!!!! This is so cool. Makes me like her even more than I already do.

Earlier this year, Hirsch had posted a video on Instagram wherein she reacted to the trailer for “With Love, Meghan” and voiced her fears for the high-profile wife of Prince Harry.

“I’m genuinely concerned for Meghan,” she said at the time. “I am not a Meghan hater at all. You know, it feels like a Blake Lively situation, kind of when people just piled on this woman.”

Hirsch opined that Meghan’s critics find her “inauthentic,” noting, “What I’m so scared for her is that this Netflix show will make those claims stronger.”

The series debuted earlier this month and shows Meghan in Julia Child mode, cooking up complicated dishes and learning along the way. The vibe is laid-back and serene, with cameos from Meghan’s pals Mindy Kaling, Abigail Spencer and chef Roy Choi, and brief appearance by Harry during the final episode.

“I think Meghan is underestimated in terms of her influence on culture,” Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos said in an interview with Variety, published on Wednesday. “When we dropped the trailer for the Harry & Meghan doc series [in 2022], everything onscreen was dissected in the press for days. The shoes she was wearing sold out all over the world. The Hermès blanket that was on the chair behind her sold out everywhere in the world. People are fascinated with Meghan Markle.”

Sarandos, 60, added that Meghan and Harry are “overly dismissed,” but not by the streamer.

Meghan Markle Netflix Series With Love Meghan Returning for Second Season This Fall

Fans will get to see more of Meghan Markle in a second season of With Love, Meghan. Netflix confirmed to Us Weekly that Meghan’s show will be returning for another season this fall with director Michael Steed. According to the streaming service, season 2 has already completed filming. Meghan, 43, took to Instagram on Friday, […]

“We’re a passive partner in Meghan’s company, and it’s a big discovery model for us right now,” Sarandos said, seemingly referring to her forthcoming lifestyle brand As Ever.

Netflix renewed With Love, Meghan for a second season, which has already finished filming. Director Michael Steed is returning, and has spoken about working alongside Meghan.

“For me, imperfection is a wonderful thing,” he told People. “It was fun watching her trying to get used to the kitchen, because it’s not her place, so we didn’t hide that fact, and she’s kind of walking and looking for things. I really wanted to embrace and celebrate all of the mistakes and mess and all that good stuff.”
