Pete Davidson and his new girlfriend Elsie Hewitt were seen in New York City over the weekend, just after spending time together in Palm Beach.

The 31-year-old comedian was recently linked to Elsie and is said to be ‘very happy’ following his split from actress Madelyn Cline last year. 

But unlike his string of high-profile relationships, Davidson appears to be keeping this one more low-key. 

His latest flame is also notably a ‘non-celebrity’ compared to his previous A-list exes.

In New York, Davidson was dressed warmly in a black leather jacket, matching pants, and a hoodie, while Hewitt opted for a stylish all-white winter outfit.

Their recent public appearances have stirred curiosity among fans regarding Davidson’s tattooed torso, which was visible during their trip to Palm Beach, despite his prior efforts in undergoing a painful and expensive laser removal procedure.

Bundled up for a chilly night in the Big Apple, Davidson sported a black leather jacket, matching pants, and a hoodie, while Hewitt contrasted him in a chic all-white winter ensemble

‘Confused? Didn’t he laser his tattoos?’ one follower questioned online. 

Another echoed, ‘Didn’t he laser off his tattoos? Or am I imagining that?’ 

A third simply added, ‘I thought he got rid of all the tattoos.’

However, one Instagram user came to his defense, writing, ‘Holy moly people, yes he has removed a lot of tattoos, just not all of them yet. His arms were blasted before so he’s obviously started there.’ 

The Saturday Night Live vet dropped a hefty $200,000 to remove the numerous tattoos that cover much of his body, according to a source who spoke to People.

‘He just woke up one day and wanted them gone, and it’s been a years-long process,’ the source revealed.

Davidson, who ‘has been sober since September and gained twenty pounds,’ opted to remove his tattoos as a ‘fresh start,’ a second insider told the outlet.

During an appearance on Today, Davidson opened up about how excruciating the tattoo removal process has been, describing it as ‘pretty terrible.’

Their outing follows a wave of fan confusion over Davidson’s tattooed torso, which was on full display during his Palm Beach getaway—despite the SNL alum previously undergoing a painful and expensive laser removal process

But those new beachside snaps suggest the process isn’t quite finished. 

News of Davidson’s hot new romance emerged earlier this week, with sources describing his love interest as a ‘non-celebrity’ and unlike ‘anybody else he’s ever dated’, Page Six reported.

The outlet added that Davidson is ‘very happy’ with the woman, who ‘respects Pete and his desire for privacy’. 

The comedy actor and unlikely ladies’ man has attracted more attention over his personal life in recent years. 

His previous high-profile relationships include his whirlwind engagement to Ariana Grande, Kate Beckinsale, Margaret Qualley, and Kaia Gerber. 

He famously sparked up a relationship with Kim Kardashian after the two first crossed paths when she was a guest star on Saturday Night Live.

However, after nine months of dating, their split was revealed in August 2022.

Pete then briefly dated supermodel Emily Ratajkowski and started a relationship with his Bodies Bodies Bodies co-star, Chase Sui Wonders in 2023.
