Family and friends seek help finding a missing 21-year-old man from Southern California

Loved ones are searching for a missing 21-year-old man who was last seen in Los Angeles County.

Emmanuel Boamah, 21, of Carson, also known to loved ones as Manny, was reported missing on March 23.

He was last seen on the 24000 block of Carmel Drive in Carson at around 5 p.m., according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Boamah is described as a man standing 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing around 150 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair, a beard, and a scar on his left wrist. 

He was last seen wearing a light-colored sweater, pants and a backpack.

Family members said Boamah, who is considered at-risk, has a mental health disorder. They have not heard from him since his disappearance and are concerned for his well-being.
