“The Road Trip,” airing Wednesday, March 26, will mark the final episode of Season 14. Dateline: Secrets Uncovered will return for Season 15 with a whole new set of riveting cases in June. Until then, repeats of past Dateline: Secrets Uncovered and Dateline: The Smoking Gun episodes will be shown on Wednesday nights.

The most recent episode of Dateline: Secrets Uncovered, titled “The Blue Blanket Mystery,” followed the frantic search for a five-year-old boy after he was reported missing from a New Jersey carnival. More than two decades after Timmy Wiltsey disappeared, investigators would make a surprising arrest after a family member stepped forward to help decipher a key piece of evidence found not far from his body.
