Angela Deem is in mourning after she announced the death of Billy, her internet love connection she introduced during 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?

Billy was first introduced to TLC fans on season 7 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? in April 2022 as an online friendship Angela developed amid her marriage to her estranged husband, Micheal Ilesanmi.

Angela met Billy after she reached out to him online to do a painting for her then-husband, 37, who was in Nigeria while she remained in the U.S. Their relationship rapidly grew as they spent more time chatting, eventually becoming close friends. During the spinoff, Angela admitted that she’d been leaning on Billy amid her marriage struggles. After she called Billy a “man of many trades,” she explained that he used to be a stripper in the ’80s known as the “Thief of Hearts.”

Their online relationship eventually fizzled out as Angela focused on repairing her marriage with Michael, especially after his U.S. visa was finally approved in December 2023.

However, marital bliss didn’t last long for Angela, as shortly after he moved into her Georgia home, she reported Michael missing in February 2024. Michael later explained his disappearance by saying he was “in fear of his life,” and he claimed he didn’t want Angela to know where he was.
