THIS this the incredible moment a heroic dad leapt from one collapsing skyscraper to another to save his wife and daughter during the horror Myanmar earthquake.

Dramatic footage shows Kwon Young Jun jumping across a shattered 600ft skybridge connecting two high-rise towers just moments after the deadly 7.7 magnitude quake struck neighbouring Thailand.

The South Korean dad, who lives in Bangkok, had been exercising on the 52nd floor of the Park Origin Thonglor condo complex when the tremor hit.

Without hesitation, he raced towards the split walkway between his building and the one where his wife and baby girl were.

Kwon said: “All I could think about was getting back down to the room to save my wife and child.

“I realised it was an earthquake and the building was breaking apart, but I saw the gap and just jumped.”

Stunned onlookers on the ground caught the dad’s heart-stopping leap of faith on camera as the two towers swayed violently.

His wife, Sukanya Yutuam, 35, known online as beauty influencer Ms Bowyuri, was inside their apartment on the 30th floor.

“It’s very dangerous. When I saw the clip, I was shocked like everyone else,” she said.

“No one was at their most mindful. Instinct took over and he jumped across the buildings.”

Kwon miraculously escaped with just minor scratches.

After reaching the other side, he discovered his family had already evacuated.

He then raced down more than 40 floors to find them safe outside.

Yutuam said: “My husband always thinks about his family first no matter what he does, to the point where he forgets that crossing over to another building is very dangerous.

“I did not choose the wrong person.”

The deadly earthquake struck Myanmar at its epicentre on Friday.

It has so far killed 2,886 people, with 4,639 injured and 373 still missing, Myanmar state TV said on Wednesday.

But it is feared that the true death toll may be far higher, with the UN warning it has deepened an already dire crisis in the war-torn country.

In Bangkok, over 600 miles from the epicentre, the shockwaves caused widespread damage.

A high-rise under construction collapsed, killing at least 20 people and leaving dozens missing.

Two bodies were pulled from the rubble on Monday.

Park Origin’s developers insist the buildings are still structurally sound and that the skybridge was built to detach in extreme events like earthquakes.
