Connor Tomlinson stole the hearts of Love on the Spectrum fans, but Georgie Harris was the woman to take his breath away. Netflix viewers watched the pair’s love story unfold and saw Connor instantly become smitten over Georgie on their first date during season 3.

Inside Connor and Georgie’s First Dates on ‘Love on the Spectrum’

Georgia immediately won bonus points with Connor during their first date because she was both brunette and rocked a unique and elegant hairstyle.

“I felt sparks,” the Netflix star told Tudum. “I immediately felt weak in the knees and uneasy, and I quickly tried to calm down. I really loved the way she did her hair for our first date. It reminded me of a Viking shield-maiden’s braids.”

During their oncamera first date, Connor was so blown away by Georgie’s beauty and aura that he had to excuse himself from their table to calm himself down.

The pair quickly progressed in their relationship and not only did they share their first kiss, but Georgie met Connor’s mother, Lise Menard Smith, and sister Anna Tomlinson.

When Georgie arrived at Connor’s house, she came bearing gifts – pears from her mother’s garden. Lise and Anna, who had listened to Connor greet Georgie from the other room, melted over the thoughtful gesture, all while still attempting to play it cool.

Georgie definitely won over the affection of Connor’s dog Coco, who immediately jumped into her arms and started licking her neck. Connor’s family got to spend quality time with Georgia over a meal and fans couldn’t get enough of her quick wit and humor.

When Lise asked Connor and Georgie where she saw them going, Georgie joked, “Maybe Florida.”

“She is so witty sometimes they miss it and don’t realize she’s joking,” one person wrote in the comments section of a TikTok clip of the moment.

Over the course of Connor and Georgie’s three dates on the show, fans quickly gained interest in their love story. Even during their first date, viewers noticed that not only do they banter well, but they also balance each other out.

The pair experienced their first kiss with each other underneath an umbrella, and Connor almost lost his balance like a rug was swept from under his feet.

“That was amazing,” Connor said, leading Georgie to point out that it had stopped raining.

Connor apologized and confessed to Georgie that he felt “dizzy,” so she gently held her hands on his elbows for balance and led him to rest and sit down.

“Georgie is patient, elegant and graceful while Connor is passionate, wholesome and truthful they were meant for each other. Her voice is also calming for him,” a fan wrote under the comments section of a TikTok video of the moment.

The pair’s spark wasn’t temporary, as they are still dating and Georgie even joined him for his birthday dinner.

“I am happy to report we are still seeing each other,” Connor told Tudum in April 2025. “I felt like I made great progress in my quest for love, and that song talks about a boy becoming a man,” he added. “It felt right for the setting we were in.”
