Kim Kardashian has always enjoyed being in the spotlight, but now she finds herself constantly in the public eye, even when she would prefer certain parts of her life to be private.

Her ex-husband, Kanye West, who now goes by Ye, went on a disturbing rant on social media, making offensive comments about rape allegations and mentioning Taylor Swift, Madonna, and Kim herself in a series of shocking and sexist posts.

The 47-year-old rapper unleashed a barrage of tweets on X (formerly Twitter), a platform that had banned him in the past, where he referred to Kim, with whom he shares four children, as his ‘nanny’ and expressed his interest in making a sex tape with her.

‘Kim Kardashian my nanny,’ the rapper tweeted. ‘Told Ray J we need to hit Kim from both sides for that Superstar part two,’ he added, referencing her notorious 2008 sex tape with her former boyfriend Ray J.

Kanye, known for his anti-Semitic tweets, also tweeted about ‘breaking’ his ‘Me Too virginity’ and appeared to make light of the claims.

Now, an insider has exclusively revealed to DailyMail.com that Kim, 44, has been ‘forced to file a cease and desist’ against her ex-husband amid the endless tirade of offensive social media posts, and is said to be preparing for a tough custody battle ahead.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum is furious about what has happened, with the insider revealing she never wanted it to come to this, especially since they co-parent daughters North, 11, and Chicago, seven, and sons Saint, nine, and Psalm, five.

The source explained the reality star ‘was absolutely mortified when she saw what he had tweeted and demanded it be removed immediately.’

While the Heartless performer has been breaking down on social media and in public, brandishing a swastika chain and wearing a black KKK outfit in a recent interview, Kim has been trying to ‘shield their kids from all of this.’

However, Kim is having great difficult hiding the reality from their family as their children get older.

‘They are all getting to the age where they can see this on their own accord,’ the inside source continued, adding that North even has alerts set up on her phone for her dad.

While Kim skyrocketed to fame after the Ray J sex tape, she has always tried to keep the graphic video from her children. Ye referencing the vulgar video has her appalled, and considering taking action.

‘This was so unnecessary and now Kim is being left with no choice,’ the insider continued, adding that the reality superstar is now being urged to gain full custody of their kids.

The Skims founder was married to Ye for six years, from 2014 to 2021, before their contentious divorce.

'They are all getting to the age where they can see this on their own accord,' the insider continued, adding that North, pictured above, even has alerts set up on her phone for her dad.

The Runaway rapper recently made a shocking admission about their marriage during a wildly offensive and unhinged hour-long conversation with DJ Akademiks, saying he regrets getting his ex-wife pregnant.

‘That was my fault,’ Ye said. ‘I didn’t want to have children with this person after the first two months of being with her, but that wasn’t God’s plan.’

‘My kids are celebrities and I don’t have the say so,’ he said. ‘So this white woman and this white family have the control of these highly influential black kids that are half the children of Ye,’ the Chicago native continued.

The former couple also battled when Ye threatened to ‘go to war’ with her after releasing a song by Diddy, who’s currently in jail awaiting trial on charges including sex trafficking, featuring their young daughter North’s voice.

Now, Kim is preparing divorce attorney to the stars Laura Wasser for a potential custody battle.

According to the insider, Laura ‘has been ready’ amid Kanye’s constant public breakdowns.

The attorney represented some of the biggest celebrities in Hollywood, including Britney Spears, Johnny Depp, and Kevin Costner.

The high-profile lawyer also represented Kim during her divorce after her 72-day marriage to NBA player Kris Humphries and during her original battle against Kanye.

‘Kim cannot take much more of this. It is hurting their family,’ the source revealed.
