LOS ANGELES (NEXSTAR) — 125 women arrived in Hollywood on Sunday as part of the 2025 Remarkable Women trip. The celebration, organized by Nexstar Media Group, honors the impact each woman has had on communities across the country.

The women were welcomed at the Loews Hollywood Hotel with applause and celebration. Over the next 36 hours, they’ll enjoy a luxury stay, an exclusive tour of Hollywood, a red carpet awards show, and plenty of surprises!

This event marks the sixth year of the Remarkable Women initiative, which has recognized more than 2,500 women since its inception in 2020. The effort has received over 50,000 nominations, highlighting the significant impact these women have had on public policy, social change, and community support.

As part of the initiative, Nexstar has donated more than $500,000 to causes important to the honorees.

On Sunday night, the women gathered for a poolside kickoff reception, catered by renowned chef Wolfgang Puck.

As the festivities continue, the focus will remain on celebrating the remarkable achievements of these inspiring individuals.

During an awards show on Monday night, five finalists and the 2025 Remarkable Woman of the Year will be announced. The program will debut on The CW Network on Sunday, April 20 at 8 p.m. ET.
