Cops had stopped Leeth, a community leader, following a separate crash on the Ohio Turnpike on April 4.

Leeth, 30, was seen holding what looked like a bandage to his head as he approached a cop before becoming aggressive, as reported by the CBS affiliate KDKA-TV.

He was seen pointing to the ground before the officer asked him to put his hands behind his back.

Leeth threatened to kill the officer if he was touched again.

“Next time you touch me, you gonna die, next time you touch me, you gonna die,” he said.

He then scampered away from the trooper before suddenly charging back toward him.

The cop tried to stop him in his tracks as he deployed a stun gun.

Leeth was then seen swinging punches at the officer and vowed that he was stronger than him.

Other drivers on the road tried to stop Leeth before he then decided to steal the police car.

Footage showed him driving at high speeds in what turned out to be a 11-minute police chase.

He was heading toward Pennsylvania.

Leeth crashed the police car and was later killed by officers.

The stolen police car ended up flipping as it crashed off the turnpike.

TOUGH UPBRINGING

Leeth was a serial criminal and was sent to prison at 18 after being convicted following a home invasion case.

He revealed that his childhood wasn’t stable and opened up on his mom’s drug addiction battle.

He revealed he felt he was the “loneliest person” while behind bars, as reported by WEMU.

“I went in there hot,” he said.

“At 18, coming in prison right off the street with no kind of respect for authority, nothing.”

He revealed the reality of prison was nothing like how it’s documented in TV shows.

Leeth served three years behind bars, between 2012 and 2015.

He was then released but ended up being imprisoned for a second time.

But, he revealed how his mindset changed.

“When I came back to prison, I had a little shift in my mind, like I have to start thinking about who I really want to be in, how to survive, but without committing crime and going into the streets,” he said.

His prison sentences inspired him to launch Underdawg Nation – a non-profit organization designed to stop youths getting caught up in violence.

Leeth’s family described him as a “man of unwavering faith and compassion.”

“He lived every day with a heart to serve others always ready to uplift, inspire, and create change,” they said in a GoFundMe post.
