Sutton Stracke is breaking her silence just days after Garcelle Beauvais unfollowed her on social media.

Following the filming of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion, there started to be rumblings about a rift between Garcelle and Sutton after fans noticed they had stopped liking each other’s posts in recent weeks. Then came reports stating the two friends were no longer on speaking terms as Garcelle felt Sutton did not have her back during the reunion taping.

Garcelle all but confirmed there is tension between her and Sutton when she unfollowed Sutton and majority of the RHOBH cast on Instagram last week, only continuing to follow Kathy Hilton and Jennifer Tilly.

In a statement to Page Six, Sutton shared her thoughts on Garcelle unfollowing her.

“Garcelle has chosen to unfollow all of the ‘Housewives,’” said Sutton in her statement. “I can only imagine that she needs a clean break right now. I love her and am giving her the space she needs.”

“I know that she is going to move through this next chapter with grace and success,” added Sutton as she noted that Garcelle is still following her businesses ‘The Sutton Concept’ and ‘Sutton Brands’ on social media.

Last month, Parade reported that Garcelle was “very upset” with Sutton following the taping of the RHOBH reunion and felt “blindsided” by the lack of support from her once close pal.

“Garcelle was livid at the reunion. She stormed off set and refused to take a photo with the cast,” an insider told the outlet. “She was very upset at Sutton for not defending her and sort of backing down against Kyle [Richards] when it comes to the situation with Morgan [Wade]. Garcelle felt totally blindsided by Sutton. They did not speak after the reunion.”

Part three of the RHOBH season 14 reunion ended with Garcelle storming off the stage as the cast gathered to take a photo following the taping. When in her dressing room, Garcelle referred to her costars as “a-holes.”

Last month, Garcelle announced her exit from the Bravo hit series following 5 seasons on the show.

“Hey guys. So, I have some news. I have decided to leave [RHOBH]. It’s been a wild ride, I mean, some amazing things have happened, and some hard things have also happened, but it’s been a ride nevertheless,” Garcelle shared.

“One of the reasons why I’m leaving is my family, my boys. Their last year of high school is next year, and I want to be a part of that, and Jaid is starting a new career, and I want to be a part of that too. And secondly, I have the most exciting projects that I am developing, producing and acting in. I can’t tell you anything right now, but you’ll know soon,” she added.

Sutton has faced some backlash since the reunion aired as some fans believe she failed to support Garcelle. Most notably, Real Housewives of New Jersey star Dolores Catania recently voiced her criticism.

“Last reunion, when Sutton went to pass out, Garcelle left with her … [and] caught some heat on that. I just want to point out that when Garcelle walked away, [Sutton] didn’t follow her,” said Dolores on a recent episode of the Two Ts in a Pod podcast.​

Dolores added that Sutton, after seeing that Garcelle left, had commented, “I thought we were going to supper.”​

“Again, it was about you, Sutton,” said Dolores.​
