Joe Biden shared a happy photo of himself and Jill with their family on Easter Sunday. However, some online users were quick to criticize him for it.
The former Democratic president shared a heartfelt X post wishing his more than 38 million followers a happy Easter from him and his loved ones.
He captioned the photo with, ‘We wish everyone celebrating today a peaceful and joyful Easter.’ The picture featured his family gathered on a staircase in Delaware, excluding his son Hunter Biden.
But swathes of social media users and trolls claimed that Biden had in fact photoshopped himself into the photo.
Observant individuals noted that Joe Biden, who is 82 years old, appeared somewhat out of place in the image. They pointed out his formal attire, his elevated position on the staircase, and the lighting on his face as reasons for this observation.
‘This looks photoshopped!’ New York Times Best-Selling Author Brigitte Gabriel commented underneath Biden’s post.
Another user, whose account name is ThePoliticalPom, as well as scientist Dr. Simon Goddek zoomed in on the ‘creepy’ hand on the back of one of his grandchildren’s necks.
The awkwardly-placed extremity appears to be floating and unattached to Biden, who sat next to him.

‘That’s creepy AF. Whose hand is this? Surely not yours,’ Goddek wrote, with ThePoliticalPom echoing his sentiment, writing ‘WHOSE HAND IS THIS?’
Another user asserted: ‘It’s totally photoshopped. Look at his hand, it’s in a low wave position, the hand is NOT resting on the shoulder of the grandkid, nor are the fingers resting on it. This is fake!’
Others pointed out other alleged flaws with the picture, saying that Biden’s torso was edited in above the top step, and the way the others are sitting in the picture prove it.
‘Fake much like most of his administration. The woman in the yellow shirt you can see her knees,’ someone wrote.
‘She is sitting on the top step. Same with the guy on the left in the grey sweater with his elbow on his knee. Also top step. No way Joe was in this photo sitting or standing.’
Another slightly different picture of the family was shared on Irish-American Democratic content creator Harry Sisson’s X account.
Sisson captioned his post: ‘The Biden family celebrated Easter in Delaware today! No hate, no attacks, no insults. Just a good family spending time together. The Trumps could never.’
This picture, despite missing the mysterious hand, still sparked suspicion in the comment section.

‘Nice photoshop. We all know Joe can’t leave the nursing home,’ one woman wrote.
Another joked the editing job was so bad that it looked as if a cardboard cut out of Biden stood in his place.
‘Haha that’s hysterical. They are all casually dressed and Joe is in a suit. Plus everyone is sitting on a staircase and Joe is on the upper landing,’ a user said.
‘Is he kneeling or did they just chop him in half and place his torso there? I might have been born at night but not last night.’
Some people, however, were not concerned with the details of the picture or whether or not it was doctored.
‘Even if this were photoshopped for some dumb*ss reason, why in the f**k does that effect your life?’ some responded directly to Gabriel’s comment.
These picture-related allegations come after a report revealed the White House tried to conceal signs of Biden’s rapidly deteriorating health.

‘But a lot of people covered it up because, you know, they didn’t care about the country and they didn’t care about him,’ former White House physician, Rep. Ronny Jackson told DailyMail.com.
He said he started noticing signs of Biden’s supposed decline in 2019 due to his flustered mannerisms.
‘It was the cognitive stuff combined with the physical stuff. The way he shuffled when he walked, the stiff gate. He was confused. He had that blank, thousand-yard stare. He would forget the simplest things, you know, people’s names,’ Jackson explained.
‘I mean, he didn’t know exactly where he was at. Sometimes you could tell he was disoriented. All those things together. I mean, everybody’s seen it. I said this for the very beginning.’
