Army CID offers $15,000 reward for info on children missing since 1992

WURZBURG, GERMANY () – The Department of Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID) is offering a reward up to $15,000 for credible information leading to the arrest and conviction for those responsible for the disappearance or death of Tina, Dale Jr., and Stephon Grogan.

The release says in the early morning hours of November 28th, 1992, multiple residents in the apartment building where the Grogan’s resided in Wurzburg, Germany, were awaken by the sounds of a domestic incident coming from inside the Grogan’s apartment.

Several residents reported they heard screams and one or more children screaming, “don’t hurt mommy” or “don’t hit my mommy”.

Tina, 6-year-old Dale Jr., and 4-year-old Stephon have not been seen since, nor have their remains been found.
