Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office arrested ten in a drug bust where they seized marijuana, fentanyl, MDMA, ecstasy, cocaine, firearms and cash at a Northside motel.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — On Tuesday, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office announced a drug bust at a motel that uncovered large quantities of marijuana and fentanyl, along with more than 100 grams of MDMA and additional amounts of ecstasy and cocaine. JSO also recovered five firearms, including two that had been reported stolen and $1,660 in cash.
According to the sheriff’s office, the bust took place at a motel on Harts Road on the Northside.
Ten people were arrested: Dwight Perry, Stephan Harrison, Chanell Williams, Christopher Scott, Ceteria Milton, Frank Normon, Drake Catchings, Abdeta Ofga, Preston Fantroyal and Bernard Birch.
JSO confiscated 113.9 grams of fentanyl—an amount they say equates to 56,950 potentially fatal doses.
They also reported seizing 117.4 grams of MDMA, 31.7 grams of ecstasy, 25.9 grams of cocaine, and 840.6 grams of marijuana.
