The five surviving Florida State University shooting victims have left the hospital, officials reported.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — The five surviving victims of the mass shooting at the Florida State University have been released from the hospital, according to Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare, where they were being treated.

The accused shooter, Phoenix Ikner, is still in the hospital, the Tallahassee Police Department confirmed. Officials said it could be “several weeks” before he’s discharged, due to his injuries.

He was shot by police on scene as they tried to arrest him.

The other two victims in the shooting, 45-year-old Tiru Chabba and 57-year-old Ricardo Morales, were killed.

Chabba was a married father of two from Greenville, South Carolina, who was working for food service vendor Aramark, said Michael Wukela, a spokesperson for attorneys hired by the family.

Morales was the dining coordinator at FSU Dining Services, a former assistant football coach and father.
