Tammy Hembrow stepped out for a solo workout session this week.

The influencer, who has been celebrating her 33rd birthday this week, was spotted on her way to a gym on the Gold Coast on Wednesday.

Perhaps tellingly, Tammy was spotted without her wedding ring as well as husband Matt Zukowski – who was nowhere to be seen.

Going make-up free for the occasion, Tammy flaunted her enviable frame in a plain black sports bra.

The gym garb showed off Tammy’s enviable six pack while also flaunting her ample cleavage.

Tammy matched the revealing top with a pair of form-fitting leggings which she had tucked into a pair of white socks.

She finished her gym-ready look with a pair of white New Balance runners and a pair of bright pink headphones framing her fresh face.

Keeping the accessories to a minimum, including ditching her diamond sparkler, Tammy carried a plain white gym towel and a water bottle with the word ‘selfish’ emblazoned across it.

She also carried her phone in her hand, and studiously scrolled her screen as she prepared for her workout.

While definitely in her element, Tammy appeared forlorn, sporting a despondent expression on the solo outing.

Tammy also raised eyebrows this week after sharing a series of celebratory birthday images to Instagram, with husband Matt curiously absent, both in person and in the comments.   

It comes after Tammy unfollowed and quickly re-followed Matt on Instagram last month after she was spotted crying.

Facebook gossip group Tea Time shared a screenshot of the Australian YouTuber’s Instagram page showing that Matt’s name could not be found in the list of people she follows.

‘Here we go again,’ the post was captioned, hinting at the previous times the couple had deleted each other from their socials.

‘Tammy Hembrow has unfollowed her new husband and removed some posts with him in it,’ the post read.

Tammy, who has unfollowed Matt, 29, multiple times in the past, also deleted several images of the pair together before re-following him again.

The couple met after the former Love Island star slid into Tammy’s DMs in 2023 and wed a year later in a stunning Byron Bay ceremony.

However, her recent social media move has fans questioning the state of their marriage.

Tammy’s Instagram now shows that she has re-followed her spouse.

This isn’t the first time the fitness influencer has unfollowed and re-followed her partner on social media.

The couple sparked speculation that their relationship was in strife after they briefly unfollowed each other on social media in October last year – just one month before their wedding.

However, the pair quickly re-followed each other shortly after Daily Mail Australia contacted them for comment.

Before that, the pair briefly unfollowed each other on social media in April last year.

Neither of them had been featured in each other’s Instagram posts at the time, sparking rumours that the couple were in troubled waters.

Tammy and Matt exchanged vows in a gorgeous ceremony at Chateau Du Soleil in Byron Bay, NSW back in November.

As the couple held hands, Tammy became emotional and broke down in tears while they exchanged vows and said, ‘I do’.

Tammy and Matt got engaged in December 2023 following just three months of dating.
