She’s feeling Good as Hell.

Lizzo recently shared the remarkable achievement of shedding 16% of her body fat during a TikTok livestream. This comes after she previously denied allegations of using Ozempic.

The “Truth Hurts” songstress, who has promoted body positivity throughout her career, told fans that she cut out Starbucks and focused on applying a calorie deficit.

The 36-year-old, whose real name is Melissa Viviane Jefferson, admitted that she wasn’t aware her “two to three” Starbucks drinks were contributing around 1,200 calories to her daily intake.

The “About Damn Time” singer insisted that the only thing that worked for her “across the board, science-wise, is calories in versus calories out.”

The 4-time Grammy winner said she cut out coffee altogether and focused on eating “super savory” items in her morning routine, as opposed to “sugary stuff.”

“Everybody’s body is different. Find out what works for you,” Lizzo said during the livestream.

The chart-topping performer shared that she didn’t like the idea of counting calories, but believes it’s a good tool “to fight against the American food system.”

Lizzo shared that gaining control of her anxiety helped her pivot into a healthier place.

“I’ve been working to get my anxiety under control for years,” she said. “And then I decided that I want to release and I’m ready to stop waiting to be myself like fully and be happy.”

The singer added that she feet “lighter, energetically and emotionally” once she focused on her mental and physical health.

“I loved to distract myself with people,” she shared. “I loved to distract myself with food. I loved to distract myself with drinking. I loved to distract myself with problems that I would create. I would love to do that. And I stopped doing that.”

After the live stream, Lizzo posted a video showing her talking about what she eats in a day.

The video featured a bowl of jerk bison balls, rice, peas and cabbage.

“I’m gonna pour some hot sauce on this and go to town,” Lizzo quipped.

Still, the “2 Be Loved” singer’s honestly didn’t stop some fans accusing her of taking Ozempic, which she has publicly denied in the past.

“When you finally get Ozempic allegations after 5 months of weight training and calorie deficit,” Lizzo captioned in an Instagram post in September 2024.

Ozempic is a GLP-1 that’s become a trendy way to lose weight alongside other similar drugs like Wegovy and Mounjaro.

Patients are using it off-label because the drug was initially intended to help people manage their type 2 diabetes, according to the Mayo Clinic.

A 2024 South Park episode titled “The End of Obesity” even poked fun at the singer and created a fake drug called “Lizzo” that “costs 90% less than Ozempic” and makes the majority of patients not care about their weight.

The four-time Grammy winner recently showcased her transformed body on the April 12 episode of “Saturday Night Live” after making several social media posts about her weight loss journey.
