“And they say yard signs don’t win elections…” Trump official Kaelan Dorr wrote in reaction to the yard signs on X.

The signs included the faces of some of the worst criminals that ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) agents arrested during Trump’s first 100 days in office, a White House official told the New York Post.

The signs included a photo of the alleged offenders along with the word “arrested” and the type of crime they were accused of.

Some of the crimes included murder, rape and sexual assault of a child.

The lawn display came as White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt and Trump’s “border czar” Tom Homan celebrated the administration’s accomplishments as they near 100 days in office.

Leavitt told reporters Monday morning that attempted illegal crossings into the U.S. at the southern border hit record lows in February and March.

She said that US Border Patrol encountered just over 7,000 illegal immigrants this past March.

This is a 95% decrease from the 140,000 illegal immigrants that border agents encountered in March 2024 when former President Joe Biden was in office, according to Leavitt.

Leavitt said the Trump administration is “working 24/7 to successfully arrest and deport” criminals living in the US illegally.

The spokeswoman added that nearly 800 illegal immigrants were arrested during a massive four-day ICE raid in Florida last week.

“Operation Tidal Wave” targeted illegal immigrants with final deportation orders, an ICE official told The New York Times.

On Sunday, the Rocky Mountain Division of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) posted a video of an “underground nightclub” raid they led with their “local and federal partners.”

Officials said on X that the Homeland Security Department took over 100 illegal immigrants into custody and seized drugs and weapons during the Colorado Springs operation.

When Homan took the podium in the White House press briefing room on Monday, he shared more shocking statistics comparing immigration under the Biden administration to that of Trump’s second term.

Homan said that some days under Biden saw as many as 15,000 illegal crossings into the US.

“You know what the number was the last 24 hours? 178,” the border czar said.

One reporter asked later on during the press briefing why there is still a national emergency at the southern border if illegal crossings are at a record-low number.

Homan answered the question by talking about the damage drug cartels and gangs have done to American lives through the trafficking of fentanyl and violent crimes.

“We gotta ensure that not one ounce of fentanyl comes across the border to kill Americans,” he said.

“The president has declared the cartels in Mexico a terrorist organization along with MS-13 and TdA [Tren de Aragua].

“It’s an emergency until the cartels are wiped off the face of this Earth,” Homan added.

The border czar said firmly, “This is a border emergency until we end it. End all of it.”
