A WOMAN allegedly impersonated an ICE agent as part of a plot to kidnap her ex-boyfriend’s wife while she was working.

Latrance Battle, 52, wore clothes synonymous with the immigration agency and flashed a cop card to her alleged victim in a bid to convince her.

Battle turned up to where the woman was working and ordered her to comply with her requests.

The woman asked if Battle needed a hotel room, but she snapped back, saying she was there to “pick her up.”

The victim believed Battle’s requests were legitimate as she is in the process of becoming a US citizen, according to the Bay County Sheriff’s Office.

And, she was convinced Battle was a legitimate ICE agent because she was holding a hand-held radio.

The woman tried to call her husband while she was sitting in the car, but Battle allegedly snatched her phone from her.

Battle reportedly told her that calls could be made inside the sheriff’s office.

Court documents, seen by the Miami Herald, allege that Battle told the woman she “had to suffer.”

The woman feared she was being kidnapped when she was taken to an apartment complex in Panama City Beach, instead of to a police station.

But she managed to flee and called the cops.

The woman managed to use a man’s phone from a nearby apartment and hid behind his car.

Police have released footage of the moment Battle was arrested.

An officer was seen trooping over to a gray car before knocking on the window.

The door was locked, prompting the cop to knock on the window a second time.

“Open the door,” he yelled.

He yelled again as another cop told Battle they were from the local sheriff’s office.

Battle was told to step out of the vehicle before being handcuffed.

She faces several charges, including impersonating law enforcement.

She is also accused of kidnapping and robbery offenses.

Battle has also been charged with violating probation.

She is due to have an arraignment hearing on May 29.
