The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s Season 16 has not been short of drama, and a recent episode focused on a disagreement between Porsha Williams and Angela Oakley. The problem? Angela believed that she overheard Porsha making a suggestive remark about her husband, Charles Oakley.

The incident occurred during a trip to Nashville. Angela was tired and went to her room, but she overheard Porsha speaking to their co-stars, and she was agitated by what she thought she heard. She reacted by trying to film Porsha, which had the unintended result of making Porsha angry instead of providing proof.

In the episode, Angela recalled what happened after she went to her room, telling the producers that she had overheard something. “Last night around 2:30 a.m., I was on the phone with my husband, and I hear my name,” she said. “And I look out the window, and I see Porsha, Shamea [Morton], Kelli [Ferrell] and Brit [Eady] at the pool. Porsha was inebriated, and all of her truth fell out.”

Angela claims that Porsha spoke about her husband and how she would like to be intimate with him (the couple have been married since 2016, while Porsha filed for divorce from her husband, Simon Guobadia, a year ago). After allegedly hearing her name and the conversation about her husband, Angela decided to take out her phone and record, but she only managed to capture a few seconds of footage, and it contained nothing incriminating.

Speaking of why the recording was short, Angela explained, “I was like, ‘You know what? Y’all keep calling me. Let me go see what the f*** y’all want.’ And she was like, ‘I didn’t say anything about you. I didn’t say anything about your husband.’ And I don’t know what the hell got into her a**, but she got the hell up out of there.”

How Did Porsha Williams React To Angela Oakley Recording Her?

Porsha was unimpressed that Angela had recorded her, and in her confessional, she branded her co-star’s actions as “creepy.” She doubled down on the claims that she did nothing wrong. “I didn’t say anything,” she said. But Brit claimed that Porsha had spoken about Charles.

“I heard, ‘Charles had a baby,’ and Shamea said that he’s always out with all these different women — allegedly,” Brit said. Kelli also backed up Angela’s claims, telling the cameras, “All I can remember is Porsha saying, ‘She better stop before I f*** her husband.'”

How fans feel about this situation remains to be seen, and more drama is likely to unfold as the season progresses. However, one thing is clear: people love that Angela has become the latest addition to the show.
