Valerie Bertinelli is feeling herself.

Bertinelli, 65, took to Instagram on Wednesday, April 30, to show off her bikini body while rocking a cherry red swimsuit. The design featured triangle cups tied together with a bow at the center of her chest. The actress teamed the halter top with low-waisted bottoms.

Bertinelli accessorized her swim style with layered necklaces, including a gold coin strung on a delicate chain and a beaded piece.

“My pool is 66° 🥶 Now, for a cold plunge that’s relatively warm,” Bertinelli captioned the post, alongside a video of herself diving into her pool. “Along with everything else I’ve been experimenting with, this has helped improve my mood, has reduced inflammation, and it’s easier than filling my bath up with ice cubes 😝.”

Bertinelli’s bikini moment comes days after celebrating her 65th birthday on April 23, when she revived a sexy lingerie selfie from December 2024. In the snap, she rocked a black bra and cheeky underwear after freshly dying her brunette hair.

“At some point, I will talk about the madness my body has been through this year,” she captioned the original post. “But right now every lump bump, wrinkle and saggy part of me just feels acceptance and simple appreciation to be standing in front of a mirror in a hotel bathroom in downtown Manhattan ready to color my roots late on a Monday night.”
Her barely-there look followed her November 2024 split with lifestyle writer Mike Goodnough, whom she dated for 10 months.

In March, she broke her silence on their breakup, writing via social media, “I am irreversibly changed by him for the better.” She continued, “I know I am becoming a much stronger and more benevolent human for having met him and spent time with him.”

Goodnough, however, set the record straight on their split last month, sharing that he was the one to end their “complicated relationship.”

While I am disappointed in the array of hostile, dishonest and uncalled-for backhanded swipes she continues to take at me, there is no war between us.”

Bertinelli and Goodnough started dating in January 2024 and made their relationship Instagram official in April 2024.
