We have some breaking news to report: Our weeks are substantially better when there’s a new episode of Bob’s Burgers to enjoy. Unfortunately, the last new episode of FOX’s warm hug of an animated sitcom aired all the way back in December of 2024.

Thankfully, FOX recently announced that Bob’s Burgers will return with new episodes at the end of May. The network’s famed “Animation Domination” will have a new night this summer, with the Belcher family being joined by Family Guy, Krapopolis, and The Great North. Not only that, but FOX renewed Bob’s Burgers for an additional four seasons.

Nope. Unfortunately, Bob’s Burgers isn’t airing a new episode tonight. FOX’s Sunday night schedule does feature new episodes of The Simpsons, Family Guy, Krapopolis, and The Great North from 8:00-10:00 p.m. ET.

When Does Bob’s Burgers Return With New Episodes?

We have an official return date! Bob’s Burgers is moving to Thursday nights. New episodes of Bob’s Burgers, Grimsburg, Family Guy, and The Great North will air Thursday, May 29 on FOX.

Has Bob’s Burgers Been Renewed For Season 16?

Bob’s Burgers, The Simpsons, Family Guy, and the returning American Dad! have all been renewed for an additional four seasons. Thanks to the new deal, we know that there’ll be at least 19 seasons of Bob’s Burgers.

“The longevity of this agreement reaffirms our commitment to the successful partnership we’ve built with the incredible team at Disney,” CEO of Fox Entertainment Rob Wade said in a statement. “This collaboration has and will continue to generate meaningful long-term value and strategically build audiences from Fox to Hulu to fans worldwide.”
