Vanderpump Villa is Lisa Vanderpump’s latest spinoff to Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules. The first season followed Lisa and her staff as they catered to wealthy guests while staying in a luxurious villa in the French countryside called Château Rosabelle. Of course, the reality TV show was not complete without personal drama, romantic entanglements, and the pressure to deliver flawless guest experiences to keep tensions running high.

For Season 2, Lisa decided to switch things up by relocating to Italy, where guests and staff stayed in a stunning 12th century castle she named Castello Rosato. Alongside a few returning familiar faces, Lisa introduces fresh twists to keep things interesting.

One major change is the addition of Vanderpump Rules alum Stassi Schroeder, who joins as Lisa’s “eyes and ears” within the villa. Another high-stakes incentive: a $30,000 bonus awarded to the staff member who goes above and beyond.

Lisa Kept Her Staff On Their Toes In Season 2

Season 2 of Vanderpump Villa sees a new twist that Lisa Vanderpump’s staff did not see coming. This new twist pushed her staff to work even harder than they had before and put a little competition between these employees. That twist was a $30,000 bonus for one worker who exceeded in their role. Additionally, that same employee will be offered a job at one of Lisa’s “new establishments.”

It was an exciting new twist for both the staff and for viewers. The huge bonus pushed staff members to deliver impeccable service to each and every guest. However, it also made them extremely competitive with each other, which is always how drama ensues.

The new season saw several returning employees from Season 1, including drama-filled former couple and Lisa’s servers Marciano Brunette and Hannah Fouch, executive chef Anthony Bar, event coordinator Gabriella Sanon, mixologist Andrea Mitchell, and housekeeper Grace Cottrell.

There were also a lot more staff members this season compared to season one. The new staff included:

Stassi Schroeder Joined Season 2 As Lisa’s “Eyes And Ears”

Stassi Schroeder And Her Family Lived In The Italian Castle For The Entire Season

The additional twist in Season 2 is the arrival of Vanderpump Rules alum Stassi Schroeder. During the first-ever staff meeting in Episode 1, Lisa informs them that they will have the villa’s first-ever resident guest who will be living in the castle throughout the summer. The staff have to ensure that this resident guest is treated just like any other guest staying at Castello Rosato.

That resident guest was Stassi, who also arrived with her husband, Beau Clark, and their two children, Hartford and Messer. When Lisa and Stassi have tea privately, the restaurateur informs her of her special duties while she lives lavishly in the castle: to be her eyes and ears.

Throughout Season 2, we see Stassi not only watching these staffers during their 9-5, but also during their off hours. We even saw her on her own journey to learn Italian so that she could get Italian citizenship.

Stassi even gets an entire episode to herself. Episode 7, titled “Stassi’s Birthday Meltdown,” sees the reality star inviting her friends and family to Italy where they will be guests at Castello Rosato.

However, tensions rise in the episode when Stassi becomes upset with Beau at dinner for having a tattoo of his sister Georgia’s name on his arm—but not hers, his wife. But, the deeper issue at hand was Stassi feeling second to Beau’s sister.

“Beau has a habit of putting his sister Georgia’s needs before anyone else — including his wife. Beau met his sister later in life, so maybe this is just all him making up for lost time?” Stassi questioned. “I try to pretend like it isn’t weird, but it is f***ing weird.”

The married couple’s argument continues into the night. Stassi storms off back to her room and Beau follows. The following morning they reconcile, with Beau apologizing for not making it seem like she’s his top priority.

Vanderpump Villa Season 2 Saw Several Staff Members Get Fired

Lisa Had To Let Go Of Six Members Of Her Staff In Season 2

It wasn’t long before Lisa had to fire one of those new employees, and it occurred in the second episode. After clashing with the executive chef and not knowing how to turn on the ovens, sous chef Bridget Keefe was the first to be let go. Following Bridget’s exit, Lisa also fired new server Aidan McHugh for not being a teamplayer.

Shockingly, both Hannah and Marciano both get the boot for getting into a heated argument with the castle’s short-lived couple, Sianna Renee and controversial staff member Siadi. Additionally, Hannah walked into the bathroom where Sianna was naked in the shower. “There are lines. There are rules, not just in this castle, in life. Of common respect, of decency, invasion of privacy, and you crossed every one of them. You have to pack your bags, and you have to go,” Lisa tells them.

Unfortunately, Sianna also gets fired after Lisa noticed that she had lost her spark after dealing with confusing romance with Siadi that the staff could no longer deal with. “I feel sorry for Sianna. Sianna’s in a totally dysfunctional relationship, and I don’t want to see that,” Lisa shares.

It also came at no surprise that Siadi was also asked to leave Castello Rosato. Although he was well-liked by all the guests during his time in guest services, the staff were happy to see him go. He caused quite a bit of controversy for appearing to lie about his accent. And, during a night off with the guests, he became incredibly aggressive towards them during a card game and began sharing very “vulgar” things about his bedroom ativites. The last straw came when he followed a guest into her bedroom.

The following day, Siadi was asked into Lisa’s office where she let him have it. She shared that Siadi “f*cked this whole experience up for those people.”

“So here am I, with guest services, who’ve made the entire group feel embarrassed. Right now, I think with the whole situation, I have to let you go,” she told him.

Those remaining had dinner to celebrate the end of a terrific season. Lisa awarded three of her staff members bonuses. The first person to receive a $15,000 bonus was housekeeper, Grace. The staff member to receive a $20,000 bonus was executive chef Anthony. Lastly, the worker who shined all throughout the summer and received the $30,000 bonus was Gabriella. She worked incredibly hard and even had to step in as server when Lisa had to fire both Marciano and Hannah.
