The drama is far from over on 90 Day Fiancé season 11. From breakups to makeups, episode 12 saw some couples make amends — while others teetered on the edge of calling it quits.
90 Day Fiance’s Any and Matt Went on a Date Without Amani
Amani Jlassi was questioning whether she made the right decision to tell her husband, Matt Jlassi, that their girlfriend Any Aguirre “loved her more than him.” She admitted that she felt like she “put a wedge” between Any and Matt by revealing that information.
“I have to acknowledge his feelings, like there’s work to be done there. We have to show him, we as in me and Any, we have to show him that he is equal in this relationship, that he matters in this relationship,” she told the cameras. “So, I set up this cute date between Matt and Any and I am looking forward to seeing how it turns out.”
Although Amani was a bit nervous for them to go on a date without her, Matt felt it was necessary to find out where he and Any stood.
While at dinner, Matt immediately addressed his concerns, telling Any, “[Amani] said that you told her that you love her but not so much me. To tell you the truth, I got a little jealous.”

Any told Matt that Amani had shown her “many things” and she needed more time to get to know him. Matt agreed to make sure to open his life to her, which the Mexico native truly appreciated.
“I mean, for the first time I feel like I’m making steps to catch up in this relationship and that feels really good,” Matt said about his date with Any. “You know, it makes me really optimistic about this.”
However, when he returned, his wife Amani — though optimistic about Any and Matt’s growing relationship — had concerns about Any’s ex-boyfriend, Ray, an American man she had dated for a year.
“I have to be honest, because of her hiding things from us and her hiding me from her family, I had to go through all the red flags in the relationship. And one of them is her ex Ray,” Amani told the cameras.
She revealed that she already had Ray’s phone number, as she and Matt had been using him to send money to Any.
“We found out about him recently because we’ve been sending her money through the course of the relationship, through this bank account that they opened when they were, like, dating,” Amani explained. “But I always wondered, why do we have to send money through this man?”
Motivated to get her own answers, Amani arranged a meeting between her, Matt and Ray at a nearby restaurant.
90 Day Fiance’s Sarper and Shekinah Were on the Verge of a Split
Sarper Güven and Shekinah Garner were at a rocky place in their relationship after he threatened to leave and go back to Turkey. Walking back into her apartment, Sarper was nervous to talk to her as he believed, “We have to break up or get well again, nothing in between.”
The Turkey native told his fiancée that he hasn’t been feeling like himself since he felt like just a “dog sitter” in his new home. Shekinah defended herself as it wasn’t her fault his K-1 visa didn’t allow him to work and said he had been “acting like a freaking a–hole.”
Sarper argued that Shekinah didn’t “like” him anymore, to which she responded with, “I don’t like the Sarper that you’ve been showing me lately,” calling him rude and dismissive.
Sarper clapped back by telling Shekinah she wasn’t the same girl she was in Turkey and had been much harsher since they moved to America together.
“The version of me that you get depends on how you treat me. And how you’ve been treating me the past few days is the reason why you’re seeing this face now,” Shekinah told him. “You made a series of choices that have put us in a bad situation now where I don’t even know if I want to get married.”
Sarper told Shekinah he had no “compromising skills” and it infuriated Shekinah as it was always on her to fix things. Although Sarper was convinced he was her perfect match, Shekinah was frustrated that he took his anger out on her and didn’t apologize.
“So, I’m going to excuse myself from this conversation because it’s literally going nowhere and it’s bad for my mental health to keep going around the circle with you,” she told him as she walked away. In a private confessional, she questioned if filing for Sarper’s K-1 visa was the right decision, “I just feel foolish, and I feel like I should have just stuck with what I originally wanted, which was to never get married.”
90 Day Fiance’s Greg and Joan Received Good News
During episode 12, Gregory “Greg” Chillak got the phone call that he was officially employed. To celebrate, Greg and Joan Kruchov decided to take a trip to nearby Manhattan to sightsee.
Joan was ecstatic to see all the sites, but Greg had an additional surprise up his sleeve — a romantic hotel room decorated with rose petals and champagne.
“We’re just going to make the best of this baby,” he said as he toasted to their relationship. “We’re going to kill it.

90 Day Fiance’s Juan Was Keeping a Secret From Jessica
Jessica Parsons and Juan David Daza are wedding planning! The pair checked out a venue in Fort Collins, Colorado, and Juan immediately said it looked “boring” to him.
“Juan brings up he’s kind of disappointed that there is not enough of his culture in the wedding, which is kind of irritating because we’ve been planning this wedding for like two years,” she explained. “And so now we’re a few weeks from the wedding and he’s telling me all about, like, these carnivals and these dancers, which are great. I would have loved to incorporate some of those things had he communicated these things like a year ago, would have been nice. Maybe two.”
Juan was disappointed that his culture wasn’t represented, but he had a secret he had yet to tell Jessica. After learning that his friend Herbie, Megin’s husband, was planning a bachelor party in South Dakota, he dropped a bombshell on viewers — that he never formally quit his cruise ship job and was considering another stint on the boat.
90 Day Fiance’s Mina Sets Her Own Prenup Conditions
Aminata “Mina” Mack was on her own in Mark Bessette’s neighborhood after he took a five-day piloting job, marking the first time she was alone in the States with her daughter Maria. During his absence, she decided to use the opportunity to take Mark’s ex-wife’s photos down from their home.
Mina later met up with a local “stitch and bitch” crotchet group, where she complained about how Mark was trying to get her to sign a prenup. The group was disappointed to hear the news, but Mina said she would sign the prenup on one condition — Mark adopts her son legally.
90 Day Fiance’s Mahdi Wasn’t Convinced that Stevi Wasn’t Bisexual
Mahdi still had major questions after learning Stevi painted her friend Claire fully nude. The argument — which marked one of their largest — continued into the next day as Mahdi felt “betrayed” by his fiancée.
“Mahdi and I don’t really argue much, so I would say this is probably the first time that we’ve kind of gave each other a silent treatment,” Stevi explained. “But in this situation, I don’t feel like I did anything wrong, so it’s a little bit harder for me to apologize for something that I don’t feel like I did anything.”
Mahdi just wanted Stevi to be honest with him, believing that if the issue wasn’t addressed now, it could become a problem in their future.
“Sometimes I feel like maybe she wants us to just get married and after that she tells me something, something like that,” he said in a confessional. “I feel like you trapped me, or you set me up so I just need her to be honest with me even if it’s something that I wouldn’t like.”
Although Stevi reiterated that she wasn’t bisexual, she questioned why Mahdi would call off their relationship for that reason and wanted to make sure the issue wouldn’t come up again if she painted someone else.
“You’re not going to get anything more out of me other than me saying that I love you and I want to be with you and that’s it,” she told him.
However, Mahdi still wasn’t completely convinced. “I know Stevi for a long time and if she wants me to believe something 100%, she would insist on it,” he told the cameras. “She would swear she would like to do so many things to make me believe that this is the answer. But when it comes to she’s bisexual or not, she always says no. Are you happy now? Just let it go.”
90 Day Fiance’s Shawn Was Unsure About His Future With Alliya
Alliya de Batista and Shawn Finch were back from their engagement party in Northern California and their wedding was officially less than a month away.
Alliya was “excited and anxious” about the nuptials and insisted she had no “second thoughts,” but admitted she wanted to address her transitioning process, which she knows has strained their relationship and intimacy.
“I feel pressured because I want to give you amazing sex life and I want to see you happy,” she told him. “But in the same time, I’m trying to just be complete, feel complete and be myself. But sometimes I just feel that I need to do some changes to make that happen. Physical changes that I mean.”
The Brazil native revealed that she had scheduled a doctor’s appointment to discuss the next steps in her transition. While Shawn agreed to accompany her, he questioned whether their marriage could truly withstand the major changes ahead.
At the doctor’s office, Alliya describes her ideal look to “look more feminine,” which worried Shawn because he “fell for a man” and he wasn’t sure how he would feel after “every nuance of that person that I found love with has been erased.”
