Kelly Bensimon was recently spotted cozying up to a mystery man, and Page Six can exclusively reveal he’s Connecticut financier Robert Flood.

Earlier this week the former “Real Housewives of New York City” star was spotted on a date at swanky restaurant Beefbar with Flood, a managing director at Truist Securities.

This is the first time the power real estate broker has been seen on a romantic outing since calling off her wedding to Scott Litner nearly a year ago.

The pair were seen dining for three hours and celebrated Bensimon’s 57th birthday, which fell on May 1, with a cake lit with a single candle.

Photos of the new pair meeting outside the restaurant show them greeting each other with a hug and a smooch on the cheek. They exited holding hands.

According to a source, Flood previously briefly dated former Tiger Woods mistress and “Miss Understood” podcaster Rachel Uchitel. 

Last year, Bensimon called off her wedding to Litner just days before the scheduled nuptials. She later revealed she called things off because the financier wouldn’t sign a prenuptial agreement.

The socialite and Litner got engaged in the summer of 2023 during a Fourth of July vacation to Lake Geneva, Wis., near where she grew up.

She was previously married to photographer Gilles Bensimon. The pair divorced in 2007.

They have two daughters together, Sea Louise, 27, and Thadeus Ann, 25.

Last month, Bensimon listed her Little Italy apartment for $8,995,000.
