Kim Zolciak is working on positively changing her life amid her ongoing divorce from Kroy Biermann. Now, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star is opening up about living in a new home and how the move has changed the dynamic for her sons. This comes as it seems she’s also focused on getting her career back on track.

As fans know, Kim, 46, and Kroy, 39, have been embroiled in a messy divorce since May 2023. Sadly, their struggles extend beyond marital issues as they have also publicly battled money problems. Kim has recently said that she’s dating, and Kroy has a regular nine-to-five job. Regarding Kim, she recently appeared on Hulu’s Got To Get Out, which also featured Cynthia Bailey, and she has spoken about an upcoming series that will be uplifting for women. 

According to Bravo, Kim spoke at this year’s Ultimate Women’s Expo in Atlanta. The mother of six discussed several topics, and she also gave an update on her life, including that she has a new home following the sale of their Atlanta mansion. Still, despite this, she admits that the change isn’t the easiest. 

According to the RHOA alum, “It’s tough.” Kim went on, “My two older boys are in football, so I have to get up every morning this week at 5:30 to take them to practice, and then they have practice after school, and I moved and I’m not in the school district right now, so I’m driving all over the place. That’s the most challenging thing I think for me right now.”

Kim didn’t provide details on her new home, but as mentioned, she has said before how much of a better place she’s in after years of struggling in many ways. Regarding their old home, it sold in January for a reported $2.75 million. This was after the couple was forced to lower the price multiple times after initially listing it for $6 million in October 2023. 

Her daughter, Ariana Biermann, 23, previously gave an update on her mother’s life to US Weekly. She said to the outlet, “She just moved into a new house and she’s doing really great. I think it gets hard sometimes. It’s been a really long divorce — two and a half f–king years, and it’s still not even almost done. She’s my best friend in the whole world.” Notably, Ariana is one of the stars of Bravo’s upcoming Next Gen NYC series.
