Exes Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck can’t seem to sell their Beverly Hills mansion. Here’s the mansion’s new, low price after 10 months on the market.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s $68 million Beverly Hills mansion, purchased in May 2023, has become a significant financial and emotional challenge following their divorce in January 2025. Despite extensive renovations, including the addition of a lavish indoor sports complex, the property has languished on the market for over 10 months. Now, the mansion has just hit an all-time low price following the exes’ challenge in selling it.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s Beverly Hills mansion is $8 million cheaper after sitting on the market

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez can’t seem to sell their Beverly Hills mansion. Initially listed at $68 million in July 2024, the mansion’s 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and expansive amenities have failed to attract buyers. Reports suggest Lopez feels trapped by the property. And experts suggested that Affleck and Lopez needed to lower the price and accept that they would lose money (up to $25 million) if they wanted to sell. As both stars have moved into separate residences, the unsold mansion remains a lingering reminder of their shared history.

Now, Affleck and Lopez have developed a renewed push to sell the home. According to In Touch Weekly, real estate listings show that the exes are now selling the house for $59,950,000 — an $8 million reduction.

They initially paid $60.8 million for the place before renovations. If they manage to sell the property at their current asking price, they’re certainly losing big bucks. However, they will no longer have to pay the upkeep, which includes utilities, upkeep, property taxes, and insurance. These monthly expenses reportedly exceed $283,000.

A source told the publication that Lopez didn’t want to rush to sell the property. However, Affleck wants the home off his hands, no matter the cost.
