Jason Driscoll is a lawyer based in the New York City metropolitan area. He is an associate at Shapiro Arato Bach LLP, co-founded by Alexandra Shapiro. According to his biography on the website of the New York-based law firm, Jason’s practice focuses on litigation.
Prior to joining Shapiro Arato Bach in 2023, Jason was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where he represented individual and corporate clients in both civil and criminal proceedings.
Jason previously clerked for a federal district judge in the Southern District of New York, as well as a federal appellate judge in the Second Circuit.

Combs was arrested on September 16, 2024 and charged in a three count Indictment with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
The Indictment alleges that between 2008 and the present, COMBS abused, threatened, and coerced women and others, and led a racketeering conspiracy that engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice, among other crimes, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
