Caitlin Clark made a subtle comment about the recent activities of her friends Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce during their time away from public attention.

When questioned about the possibility of the duo attending an Indiana Fever basketball game this season, the WNBA star shared insight into their current state of mind.

“Oh gosh, I don’t know,” Clark told USA Today in an interview published Wednesday. “I mean, I hope so.”

“I feel like they’re also living — they’re in vacation mode right now,” the athlete, 23, continued.

“So I hope they enjoy a nice little break out of the spotlight. But I’m sure they’ll be cheering for the Fever either way.”

Clark and Swift’s friendship began last November when the former attended back-to-back Eras Tour concerts at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

Clark told Time magazine that she watched the shows from a private suite where she got to meet Travis Kelce and the pop star’s mom, Andrea.

The basketball pro revealed the “Cruel Summer” singer gifted her four bags of Eras Tour merchandise and a personalized letter.

According to Clark, the note said that Swift and Kelce, both 35, were “excited” to attend one of her WNBA games.

The music icon also invited Clark to attend a Kansas City Chiefs game.

The Indiana Fever player took Swift up on the offer for the AFC Championship game at Arrowhead Stadium in January.

The duo was spotted cheering and hugging in a VIP suite after Kelce scored a touchdown against the Houston Texans.

Clark later raved about the “incredible” experience during an appearance on the “Swarmcast” podcast.

Meanwhile, Swift and Kelce have been laying low following the Chiefs disappointing Super Bowl 2025 loss in February.

However, the couple was seen in public together on Mother’s Day in Philadelphia.
