Conor McGregor’s sexual battery accuser is working to track down the UFC fighter to serve him with legal paperwork, months after he denied her accusations, In Touch can exclusively report.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, the accuser asked for additional time to find Conor, who is a resident of Ireland.

She said a request for service with the Irish High Court Master was granted, but Conor has yet to be served.

The alleged victim claimed that Conor is an “internationally known mixed martial arts fighter and promoter of fighting events who travels internationally and who stays in transient lodging, moving on a weekly basis with multiple cars and security guards.”

She alleged, “[Conor] has traveled to the United States at least twice this year and has avoided five different process servers and private investigators in Orlando, Florida, Hollywood, Florida, Miami, Florida, and Las Vegas, NV, hired by counsel to attempt to serve [Conor].”

Her lawyer added, “[Conor’s] multiple sponsorships and political aspirations will likely militate his return to the US. In the event [Conor] returns to the United States again, [Jane] would like the opportunity to serve him with a summons that is valid in the United States, and requests an extension

A judge has yet to rule.

Conor’s lawyer, Barbara R. Llanes, told In Touch, “These civil claims, which are now on their third lawyer, remain as baseless as ever. Mr. McGregor has not been served, and we have no knowledge of any attempt to serve him in person. My client’s account has been consistent throughout and is supported by an extensive police investigation into the matter. Following that investigation, which included a thorough analysis of the video evidence and interviews with eyewitnesses, authorities determined that there was no case to pursue.”

Earlier this year, a woman using the pseudonym Jane Doe sued Conor for alleged sexual battery.

Conor’s attorney, Barbara, previously told CNN, “After a thorough investigation at the time, the State’s Attorney concluded that there was no case to pursue. Almost two years and at least three lawyers later the plaintiff has a new false story. We are confident that this case too will be dismissed.”

In her lawsuit, Jane claimed the incident occurred on June 9, 2023, at the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida, to watch the Miami Heat play the Denver Nuggets in Game 4 of the 2023 NBA Finals.

The alleged victim said Conor was at the game and was “hosted to promote and advertise for” a pain spray product.

Jane claimed Conor engaged in an “amicable conversation” with her at the venue.

She claimed her friend told her, “We are leaving,” which led to Conor’s security guard or friend telling her, ‘Conor told me to come get you.’”

She alleged the security guard or friend grabbed her wrist and led her and the acquaintance toward the exit of the courtside club.

The suit alleged that before leaving the courtside club, Conor’s friend or security stopped at the entrance to the men’s bathroom. She said she asked Conor’s friend to let go of her wrist, but he allegedly said, “No, Conor will kill me if I lose you.”

Jane claimed that Conor exited the men’s bathroom and grabbed her hand or wrist and led her into the men’s bathroom with her  to follow.

In the lawsuit, Jane claimed that Conor led her to a stall but staff from the venue would not allow her acquaintance to follow.

“The loud DJ music in the courtside club and in the bathroom area made communicating difficult,” the suit read.

Jane while she was “evacuating her bladder and seated on the commode,” Connor appeared to her to be “under the influence of intoxicants and out of control, and attempted to forcefully place his unprotected penis into” her mouth without consent.

She claimed she pulled up her pants and stood up to leave.

She claimed Conor slammed her against the wall face first and put Jane in an arm lock and “attempted to forcefully place his unprotected penis into” her anus without her consent.

She claimed she “returned to the courtside club as she was waiting on her acquaintance to leave the venue.”

Jane’s suit accused Conor of sexual battery, which she said caused her physical, psychological and emotional harm.

In the suit, Jane said Conor knew her identity, but she wanted to maintain her anonymity in court to avoid “embarrassment and shame from the conduct discussed in this complaint as well as to protect her privacy in her career as she is 49 years old, and employed as a Senior Wall Street Vice President at a high profile financial institution.”

The case is ongoing.
