EVANS, Ga. () – More seniors in Columbia County received their diplomas on Thursday.

Among the ceremonies, Greenbrier High School’s exercises were held on May 22 at Evans Towne Center Park.

“This has been a really long journey, and I didn’t at times know that I was going to make it this far,” said Ayleigh Sirmans, a graduating student at Greenbrier. “So, I’m really happy to be here and I’m really happy to be here with the people that I love because I’m so close with all my friends. High school has been full of experiences, good and bad, but I’m just so thankful to Jesus for bringing me to this part of the day and just taking me through an entire year.”

I’ll miss them, but it’s definitely I’m ready for a new chapter.”
