HAWKINS COUNTY, Tenn. (WJHL) — Hawkins County Schools announced the dates and times for its free summer reading book bus, Words on Wheels.

Students in Hawkins County can choose their next literary adventure from the book bus for free, which will visit various locations each week.

Any updates or changes throughout the summer will be reflected in this schedule.

Week One

June 3

  • The Landings on Silver Lake Apartments (230 Silver Lake Road, Church Hill)
    • 10 – 10:45 a.m.
  • Homestead Shoppe/Oceans End Snow Cones (401/399 Richmond Street, Church Hill)
    • 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

June 4

  • Food City (731 US-11W, Church Hill)
    • 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

June 5

  • Wal-Mart (4331 Hwy 66 S, Rogersville)
    • 9 – 10 a.m.

June 7

  • Church Hill First Methodist Church (119 Grandview Street, Church Hill)
    • 11 a.m.

Week Two

June 10

  • Oak Grove Baptist Church VBS (311 Cypress Street, Mount Carmel)
    • 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.
  • Church Hill Pool
