Video reportedly shows DNC official questioning Biden's power in WH

() A new video captured by the controversial Project Veritas shows Democratic National Committee Vice Chair David Hogg suggesting that former First Lady Jill Biden and one of her senior aides were the real power in President Joe Biden’s White House.

In the video, Hogg is seen speaking about the power aide Anthony Bernal had in the White House, while saying the DNC would always be the campaign arm for the president.

Hogg made the statement in response to a question about why so many Democratic officials were in the dark about Biden’s health.

The new book “Original Sin,” by Alex Thompson and Jake Tapper, also made claims that the first lady and her aide, Bernal, were powerful forces in the administration, with Bernal allegedly questioning staffers on their loyalty to President Joe Biden.

Bernal would allegedly elevate or oust staffers based on their loyalty to President Joe Biden, according to Tapper and Thompson. That allegedly led to tensions with colleagues disliking Bernal’s influence.

The latest revelation comes as the Bidens have come under scrutiny, as some say they covered up the truth about Biden’s health as he campaigned for a second term. Earlier reports from the book showed aides feared the president would need a wheelchair, something they thought would be a political liability.

Jill Biden has also been accused of covering up her husband’s recent prostate cancer diagnosis, though Biden’s medical reports do not show any evidence that he was diagnosed while in office, and because he was over 70, he would not have received annual prostate cancer screenings.

Project Veritas has come under scrutiny for its tactics before, and the organization has admitted to spreading false information about election results and has been found to have posted deceptively edited videos in the past. The group has faced legal challenges in the past.
