() A federal judge on Thursday extended a temporary order to block President Donald Trump’s administration’s revocation of Harvard University’s ban on enrolling international students, a report said.

The Trump administration on Wednesday gave Harvard 30 days to respond with evidence showing why they should not make good on its threat to bar it from enrolling international students.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced earlier this week that the U.S. will be firmly revoking visas of Chinese students. Trump also demanded the names and countries of international students from Harvard.

Harvard sued the Trump administration following the Department of Homeland Security’s order to terminate its student and exchange visitor program. Trump has recently made several comments and social media posts threatening Harvard financially, while also referring to the college as a threat to democracy and its professors as birdbrains.

The Trump administration also asked federal agencies to cancel contracts with Harvard worth about $100 million.

Harvard University held its commencement ceremony on Thursday amid the court battle.
