Leah McSweeney is accusing Andy Cohen of enlisting 24 Bravo stars to spread nasty rumors about her amid her ongoing lawsuit against him, the network, and Shed Media.

Over a year after the 42-year-old Real Housewives of New York City alum filed her lawsuit, slamming Bravo for its alleged “rotted workplace culture” and claiming producers sabotaged her sobriety by encouraging her to drink, Leah claims to have lost work as a result of the retaliatory campaign Andy, 56, allegedly launched against her.

In court documents obtained by The U.S. Sun on May 29, which come after a judge dismissed some of her allegations, Leah requested to file an amended complaint in federal court in regard to Andy and Bravo’s discriminatory and retaliatory acts against her.

Andy “directed and/or induced at least twenty-four (24) Defendant Bravo current and former cast members to publicly allege cast dispersion on Plaintiff’s employment reputation while lauding [Andy],” Leah claimed in the documents, noting that producers helped the Watch What Happens Live host with his supposed efforts.

“The amended Aiding and Abetting Claims allege additional facts to plausibly allege that the Defendant Producers participated in Defendant Cohen’s and the Defendant Companies’ (collectively ‘Defendant Employers’) discriminatory and retaliatory conduct, did so with a community of purpose with the Defendant Employers, failed to remediate and/or investigate Plaintiff’s complaints of discriminatory and retaliatory conduct throughout her employment,” the paperwork continued. “[Andy] engaged in a coordinated, multi-faceted retaliatory campaign against [her] after [she] filed her Complaint against [Andy].”

The documents went on to say that Andy’s campaign against Leah “has and will have a chilling effect on similarly situated employees that wish to engage in protected activity, and that Plaintiff has suffered concrete harm as a result of Defendant Cohen’s Amended Letter-Retaliation Acts.”

“[Leah] lost at least one (1) employment opportunities and her ability to obtain prospective, new employment opportunities has decreased by approximately fifty percent (50%),” the documents added.

Leah previously alleged that Andy’s lawyers had written a letter that was leaked to the press in a potential effort to deter others from moving forward with similar cases against Andy and the network.

As fans may recall, Leah was threatened with legal action shortly after her lawsuit was filed in February 2024, as Andy denied her claims and labeled her case false and “baseless.”

Around the same time, several Bravo stars, including Luann de Lesseps, 60, Dorinda Medley, 60, and Cynthia Bailey, 58, spoke out against Leah and offered their support to Andy.
