Beyonce’s Cowboy Carter Tour has featured countless unforgettable on-stage moments, including a recent super special gender reveal for a couple, led by the 43-year-old superstar herself.

During night four of the tour at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, Queen B took a moment to connect with her fans in a special way. As she scanned the crowd, reading the various fan signs, one in particular caught her attention. “First born, Carter,” she read aloud into the microphone. “Gender reveal. Right now? I’ll be back,” she said with a smile before momentarily exiting the stage, as captured in fan footage shared online.

Beyonce’s mother, Tina Knowles also shared her own video of the moment on Instagram, captioning it, “Wow!!!! Who takes the time and does a gender reveal when they are wet and cold? I was like Girlllllll you gonna get sick.”

The mother-of-three did a quick outfit change and honored the request. 

“I’mma take my time,” she said before carefully opening the envelope handed to her. The camera zoomed in as she revealed the message inside: “COWBOY,” written in bold black and blue letters, confirming the couple is expecting a baby boy.

“It’s a boy! God bless you. Congratulations,” Beyonce said as the crowd cheered. “Thank you so much for letting me be a part of it.”

Beyonce is the ultimate example of motherhood, according to her own mom, Tina Knowles. In a recent interview on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live, the 71-year-old opened up about how Beyonce gets “lit,” and it involves her children. 

“I think lit for her is being with her kids,” Knowles told Cohen. “I mean, it sounds like a cliche, but it’s just the honest to God truth. They dance obviously. And they party. And her and her husband. And she has a real tight, close-knit circle of people.” She concluded, “And we let our hair down when we get together. We kind of wild out you know?”

Beyonce shares her three children: Blue Ivy, 13, and twins Rumi and Sir, 7, husband Jay-Z.
