Kevin Hart and Torrei Hart’s son, Hendrix, is making big moves both on and off the track.

The 17-year-old recently attended his junior prom, and his mom couldn’t help but share a proud parent moment.

In photos posted to Instagram, Hendrix looked dapper in an Alexander McQueen suit as he posed with his date ahead of the big night.

“That boy clean in @alexandermcqueen,” Torrei captioned the post. “So proud of the amazing young man you are. A beautiful day to take your beauty to prom!!! #prom2025.”

Just weeks before prom, Hendrix made headlines for breaking his school record in track and field. Competing for Sierra Canyon School, Hendrix set a new benchmark in the 200-meter dash with an impressive time of 21.35 seconds.

He later advanced to the CIF-SS Track and Field Masters Meet Qualifiers at Moorpark High School on May 24, where he competed in the 200m event.

“So proud of you son @hennyshteez,” Torrei wrote in another post celebrating the moment. “Staying focused and putting in that work. You got two PRs yesterday. Keep doing the work and you will get everything your heart desires.  #proudmomma”

Born on November 8, 2007, Hendrix has grown up in the spotlight, even becoming a regular mention in his dad’s stand-up comedy over the years. And according to Kevin, the teenager is officially taller than his famous father.

“Not sure when this happened but it happened…. He’s officially towering over me ,” the comedian shared on social media. “Sh#t pisses me off …. But I love the kid to death… My guuuuuyyyy #Harts”.

Earlier this year, Kevin Hart opened up to People at the Number One on the Call Sheet premiere, reflecting on what fatherhood has meant to him.

“I just can hope and pray that I’m being the best example possible,” the Central Intelligence star told the outlet. “I think as parents we all give crash courses and what we deem to be education or great direction. You can only hope that your kids are picking up as much as you’re putting down.”
