Pamela Bach’s heartbreaking final words to her daughter were revealed three months after she died by suicide.

In an investigation summary obtained by The Post on Monday, David Hasselhoff’s ex-wife was revealed to have had a phone conversation with one of her daughters.

Bach shared daughters Hayley, 32, and Taylor, 35, with the “Baywatch” icon, and according to the report, she spoke with one of them around 7:45 a.m. on the day of her death, telling her daughter that she “loved her very much.”

According to the report, Bach’s daughter continued to call and text her mother throughout the day but never got a reply.

The new report also revealed that Bach had Benzodiazepines, Clonazepam and 7- Aminoclonazepam in her system when she died.

Bach died of a gunshot wound to the head at her home in Hollywood Hills, Calif., in March at age 62.

Neighbor Hiromi Osiecki told the Daily Mail on March 6 that she witnessed paramedics arrive at the scene following Bach’s death, and that a woman she believed to be Hayley Hasselhoff was distraught after discovering her mother’s body.

“She was hysterical, yelling, screaming, crying on the street,” Osiecki told the outlet at the time. “She was crying, saying, ‘I just want to get my car.’”

“A little later, she came out with police,” she continued. “I heard her crying, and somebody was trying to comfort her.”

Osiecki noted that though she “couldn’t see what was going on in the house,” the woman was “crying like crazy.”

Taylor took to Instagram Stories March 12 to mourn the loss of her mother.

“I’d do anything in the world to hug you again, my forever angel,” she wrote in part. “You are my best friend, my whole heart, my everything. I promise to make you proud & celebrate you every day.”

She also vowed to “protect” sister, Hayley Hasselhoff, “forever.”

“Mama, I love you so much … the pain is unbearable but I will be strong for you & hold onto your memory until we meet again, my beautiful.”

David also issued a statement a day after his ex-wife’s death.

“Our family is deeply saddened by the recent passing of Pamela Hasselhoff,” the actor, 72, wrote via Facebook on March 6.

“We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult period but kindly request privacy as we grieve and navigate through this challenging time.”

Despite the heartfelt statement, David skipped Bach’s funeral services later in May, according to TMZ.

Bach’s former nanny, “Dateline” journalist Andrea Canning, said she “struggled” with health and “money issues” prior to her tragic death.

“The last time I saw her, she was walking with a cane,” Canning told People in March.

Her finances were also a source of stress, according to Canning.

“There were times where she’s like, ‘I’m going to be homeless. I’ve got to get out of this house,’ which never happened,” Canning said. “She would say it was going to happen, and then it didn’t.”
