HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – Leaders in Hillsborough County are hosting several meetings to gather input on how to spend more than $700 million in federal aid.

They expect to receive $709 million in Community Block Grant funding that will help with ongoing recovery efforts from hurricanes Idalia, Debby, Helene, and Milton. At least 70% of the aid must benefit low-to-moderate income populations.
