Meghan Markle is marking daughterPrincess Lilibet Diana’s fourth birthday with a personal look back at the day she was born.

On Tuesday, June 4, the Duchess of Sussex shared never-before-seen photos and a candid throwback video taken just before giving birth.

The footage, posted to Instagram, shows Meghan, 43, dancing in a hospital labor and delivery room to Starrkeisha’s viral hit “The Baby Momma Dance.” Dressed in a black dress and cradling her bump, Meghan laughs and moves to the beat as Prince Harry, 40, joins in, showing off his own moves and even dropping it “down low” in sync with the lyrics.

“Four years ago today, this also happened,” Meghan captioned the video. “Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn’t work — there was only one thing left to do! 😂”

In addition to the clip, Meghan also shared two touching photos of Harry with their daughter. The first black-and-white image shows Harry holding a newborn Lilibet, while the second captures a sweet father-daughter moment as they walk barefoot down a sandy path hand-in-hand.

“Happy birthday to our beautiful girl! Four years ago today she came into our lives — and each day is brighter and better because of it,” Meghan wrote in the caption. “Thanks to all of those sending love and celebrating her special day!”

She added a touching tribute to her daughter’s close bond with her father: “The sweetest bond to watch unfold 💕 Daddy’s little girl and favorite adventurer.
Happy birthday Lili!”

Princess Lilibet, born in California in 2021, is the second child of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. The couple welcomed welcomed their first child, Archie, in May 2019.
