The ninth season of Summer House has come to an end, paired with a juicy two-part reunion hosted by Andy Cohen. The season shined a light on the hilariously tight-knit friend group as they spent their summer weekends in the Hamptons. Still, things were tense for Paige DeSorbo as she navigated hardships in her relationship with Southern Charm’s Craig Conover, which became more stressful as she got busier in her career.
The teaser for the Summer House reunion showed a dramatic scene where Paige tells Lindsay Hubbard and Amanda Batula a shocking detail about her breakup. Fans quickly had questions and shared their theories on social media. However, once the finale for Season 9 premiered, the important scene was seemingly cut.
Paige DeSorbo Alluded That Craig Conover Cheated On Her
According to Entertainment Now, the production team for Summer House went to Lindsay Hubbard’s New York City apartment in January 2025 to film the aftermath of Paige DeSorbo’s breakup from Craig Conover. Paige was with co-star Amanda Batula.
In the teaser trailer for Season 9, Paige is seen in a heated discussion with her friends when she drops a bomb.
“You’re gonna let people say that I’m a cheater? I caught you texting two b***hes in the course of our relationship.”
She ended it by saying, “Now you’re dead to me.” Lindsay and Amanda both looked stunned at the information Paige shared. Like her friends, fans wanted to know:
- When did Craig text these women?
- Did the texts lead to the breakup?
- Did the texts occur during their small break in February 2024?
At the Season 9 reunion, Paige revealed that she and Craig broke up for a “full weekend” in February 2024, but got together shortly after it happened.
As shocking as the revelation was, the moment never appeared in the Summer House finale and was never mentioned during the Season 9 two-part reunion.
Breakup Aftermath and Anger Towards Craig
One of the reasons Paige was so angry in the finale was because of the public’s reaction to the breakup. Paige shared in the finale that she took a graceful approach to their breakup when she announced it on her podcast with Hannah Berner, Giggly Squad.
On the podcast, Paige shared that the breakup was a mutual decision and that she loved him wholeheartedly. The two were just going in different directions.
Paige decided to announce the breakup a few weeks after officially breaking things off once she caught wind that Craig was acting single while on a trip.

Once Paige announced that the pair had broken up, rumors swirled that she had cheated on Craig once she was seen with other men. Paige reached out to Craig and asked him to defend her from the rumors, knowing that he knew she had never cheated on him. Instead, he said he wasn’t going to.
“That was still your girlfriend of three years. Like, stand up for her a little bit,” she shared, according to Page Six. “He’s been silent.”
Craig was eventually on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, where he explained his side of the breakup, noting that he didn’t want to be involved with the cheating allegations.
“I got broken up with. I’m the ex-boyfriend moving on with my life. I’m sorry that I’m not reading Reddit every day and getting on there and defending her. I never said [she] cheated, so I’m not a part of [that],” Craig explained to Andy.
Knowing that Craig didn’t defend Paige after he was allegedly caught texting other women explains her rage.
Paige DeSorbo Is Moving On From Craig Conover (And Summer House)
In May 2025, Paige DeSorbo appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, where she gave audiences an update on her love life. “Absolutely dating people, nothing serious, but having a very good time.”
A month earlier, Paige told Chelsea Handler on the Dear Chelsea podcast (via Bravo) that her busy career has made it hard to date and difficult to “fully embrace” being single.
“I haven’t felt like I’ve gotten to enjoy it because I’ve been doing so much,” she admitted. “And that’s actually probably the best part about being single, being home by myself on a Saturday night. I f***ing love it. I’ve never gotten bored by myself.”
When Paige is ready for love, she told Parade that she wants a man who can “dress well.” The fashionista said, “In New York City, the guys have been kind of lackadaisical with their outfits, and I just don’t want to see a Chelsea boot ever again. So, I think someone [who] is really into their own outfits.”
The End Of A Chapter
Paige didn’t just say goodbye to Craig, she also said goodbye to Summer House. In June 2025, Paige announced via social media that she was stepping away from the hit reality TV show to focus on her career outside the series.
Her popularity on the show allowed her to have a successful podcast (Giggle Squad), have a New York Times Best Selling Book (How to Giggle), appear in a TRESemmé commercial, and partner with national brands like Dunkin’ Donuts and DSW.
With a busy career that’s only getting bigger, Paige proves to audiences that she doesn’t need a man to be happy or fulfilled.
