Heiress Harris hit the 2025 BET Awards red carpet on Sunday, June 9, with her mom, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, and her dad T.I., by her side.

For the big night, Heiress wore a baby blue suit and color-coordinated with her dad, T.I., while Tiny wore a crisp white suit.

Held at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, the annual celebration honored rising and established talent across music, film, and TV and Heiress had a reason to shine extra bright this year.

The 9-year-old multihyphenate earned a nomination for the Young Stars Award, putting her in impressive company alongside fellow young entertainers.

Among the nominees were Akira Akbar, Graceyn “Gracie” Hollingsworth, Melody Hurd, Thaddeus J. Mixson, Tyrik Johnson, VanVan, and Blue Ivy Carter. Blue, 13, took home the award in 2024 and continues to tour with her mom Beyoncé’s on the Cowboy Carter tour.

As for Heiress, she’s quickly building a name for herself in both acting and music. She stars in NBC’s Grosse Pointe Garden Society as Addie, the daughter of characters played by Jocko Sims and Aja Naomi King. In April, Tiny celebrated her daughter’s final day on set with a post to Instagram.

In addition to her TV role, Heiress is also carving a path in music with original songs like “Be You” and the holiday single “Christmas Wake Up.”
