Last week on The Valley, viewers watched Jason and Janet Caperna’s friendship with Jasmine Goode have a major fallout after the latter brought up an old rumor about Jason allegedly not wearing his ring when he went out with his wife. This rumor was first brought up by Kristen Doute, with Janet admitting that the Vanderpump Rules alums now had a “target on her back.”
Things are also not any better between Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor — he continues to make life hard on her, while he continues to seek professional help at an inpatient facility. It appeared that he bugged their once-shared home that Brittany has since taken ownership of, and reportedly took her $70K wedding ring.
Jesse Lally Is Still Trying To Put The Pieces Together
Kristen Doute and Luke Broderick are having everyone over for a housewarming party. While Danny Booko and Zack Wickham discuss getting botox on their scrotum, there’s a real issue at hand when Janet and Jason Caperna walk through the door.
In a confessional, Danny admits that he was frustrated with Jason after he continued to “attack” his character. Meanwhile, he feels that Janet likes to “stir the pot” and “likes the drama,” calling her actions “malicious.” This all stems from the couple questioning Danny’s drinking habits. Of course, there’s also the underlying tension between the Caperna’s and Jasmine Goode after a very heated confrontation at the beach in the previous episode. At the party, Jasmine shares with Jason and Janet that she would love to talk about their issues when her girlfriend, Melissa, is present, and quickly walks away.
Meanwhile, Jesse Lally is still trying to put pieces together about whether Michelle Saniei was unfaithful in their marriage with her current boyfriend, Aaron. Zack and Kristen’s friend, Jenna, then tells Jesse at the party that she used to date Aaron around the same time he suspected Michelle was cheating on him, believing that when Michelle went to see Aaron behind his back, she caught him with Jenna.
“I have always been convinced that Aaron is the guy if not one of multiple guys that Michelle cheated on me with,” he says in a confessional. “This Jenna story starts to line up with my timeline.”

In Jax news, Brittany tells Jasmine and Janet that her former spouse never went to the emergency room the previous night. In last week’s episode, Jax was allegedly rushed to the hospital for high blood pressure, but that never happened. In fact, Brittany learns that Jax made the receptionist at the inpatient facility cry because he told her to lie for him and tell whoever called the rehab facility to state that he had been taken to the hospital. “I’m going through hell,” Brittany shared in a confessional. How much lower can Jax stoop?
Brittany Cartwright Files For Divorce
Jasmine, Melissa, Jason and Janet meet at a Mexican restaurant to finally settle the whole ring debacle. Janet continues to backtrack her statements, telling them she never spoke to Kristen about the rumor, but that’s not what she said at Brittany’s shark party. However, things end up better than expected with this group. Janet apologizes to Janet for calling her a “Karen” at the beach and, in a confessional, Janet believes that Jasmine is not the “mastermind” but the “mouth” for Kristen. The group all apologized to each other and all is well.
Brittany is ready to celebrate Jax moving out of their home and into his condo. She invites all the girls and Zack over to put all of his things in boxes and garbage bags. Her friends have been a constant source of support throughout the separation, and while she admits there were moments of weakness when it came to Jax, she now feels strong enough to finally move on for good.
“He’s the father of my child. We’ve been together for 10 years. Like, I have built a life with him, and I never in a million years thought that I would be here. As much as it pains me, what’s actually making me stay strong in all of this is Cruz, my son. Like, me being happy is gonna be so much better for him in the long run.”
However, Michelle tells the cameras that she wishes that these same friends would be just as supportive of her because she’s also going through a tough separation.
The next day, Brittany meets with a divorce lawyer, who urges her that she needs to file right away. As she recounts all the ways Jax has wronged her, the extent of it becomes painfully clear. Sitting in the law office, Brittany admits she’s scared, but also relieved. She signs the documents to officially begin the divorce process.
Zack decides to surprise Brittany by turning Jax’s Studio City’s bar into “Britt’s” after she filed for divorce just a day after he was scheduled to leave rehab. He covers any signage or photos of Jax and posts photos of Brittany, including covering the sign outside. This support for Brittany continues to bother Michelle, who believes her divorce is “way worse” than Brittany and Jax’s.
Danny tries to insert himself into a conversation about Janet gossiping behind people’s backs, and, in a confessional, admits he’s starting to see her as someone who’s always scheming. But after a few too many drinks, both Jason and Janet mockingly call him “Danny Darko,” and Nia walks away, clearly unhappy with how her husband is handling the situation. His approach isn’t helping his case, especially with Janet accusing him of having a drinking problem.
After being told to “relax” by Jason, Danny walks away from the group with Janet stating, “My husband’s not the one out here grabbing a***.” Really, Janet?
Luke was sitting with the group and admitted that it was not right that Janet continued to talk about their friends. Nia is also confused that Janet continues to pull Danny down. As the night concludes, Jesse shares that he will be picking up Jax from rehab tomorrow.
