Katie Price slams Peter Andre for warning kids Princess and Junior to stay away from her

Katie Price has sensationally claimed that Peter Andre is behind the recent warnings to their children – Junior, 19, and Princess, 17 – that they shouldn’t mix “business with family”.

Earlier this month, we revealed that a source close to the family had claimed the two young adults had been advised from being seen with their mum in a professional capacity. They said: “There’s been a clear shift. Princess and Junior love their mum but have been advised not to mix business with family, especially when it comes to joint red carpet appearances or interviews. It’s not about cutting her off, it’s about protecting their own brands.”

Now, speaking exclusively to the Express.co.uk, Katie, 47, has alleged that it is her ex-husband Peter, 52, and their children’s management who are behind the warnings. While promoting her new ‘digital twin’, an AI version of her alterego Jordan, on the platform OhChat, the mum-of-five revealed she knew exactly who was behind the cautionary comments to her kids.

When asked for her response to our story, she replied: “It’s not the kids, it’s their management and their dad that does that. It’s not the kids at all.”

Katie also revealed that Princess and Junior, who turns 20 on 13th June, were well aware of her new venture and that she was bringing back her alterego Jordan, albeit in an AI form. She said: “They knew about it ages ago and they’ve seen stuff. They think it’s brilliant, they think it’s so clever. They’re like, ‘Mum, you’ve gone with the times’. They love it.”

The alleged move to protect her two eldest children’s brands, comes after a string of controversies surrounding Price, 47, in recent months. In March this year, an arrest warrant was issued for the star after she failed to attend a court hearing relating to her ongoing bankruptcy case.

Price, who owed creditors over £750,000, claimed to be abroad at the time — but was arrested at Heathrow Airport upon her return and later appeared at the High Court.

However the star has now been discharged from both tax bills. Her tax debt included income tax, VAT, surcharges, and interest, stemmed from self-assessments for the two years up until 2022.

The new collaboration with OhChat is rumoured to be worth six-figures but Katie says it’s not about the money. She said: “It’s not even about that. It’s about moving with the times and I think everyone is going to end up doing this, it’s the way forward.”

The Daily Express has contacted Peter Andre and Princess and Junior’s reps for comment.
