Dua Lipa finally confirmed she’s engaged to Callum Turner.

“Yes, we’re engaged,” she told British Vogue in an interview that took place in mid-April but was published Thursday. “It’s very exciting.”

The singer, 29, went on to detail that the actor designed her sparkling ring after talking to her best friends and sister.

“I’m obsessed with it. It’s so me. It’s nice to know the person that you’re going to spend the rest of your life with knows you very well.”

Despite the excitement, Lipa said they aren’t in a rush to get married as she wants to finish her “Radical Optimism” Tour, which wraps up in December, before they sit down to plan anything.

“Callum’s shooting, so we’re just enjoying this period,” she added. “I’ve never been someone who’s really thought about a wedding, or dreamt about what kind of bride I would be. All of a sudden I’m like, ‘Oh, what would I wear?’”

She further told the outlet that despite seeing many people get engaged, she’s “never really understood the weight of it.”

“This decision to grow old together, to see a life and just, I don’t know, be best friends forever – it’s a really special feeling,” she noted.

The “Levitating” singer also expressed that she would love to start a family with Turner, 35, “one day.”

However, “it’s like the constant question of when would there ever be a good time – how it would fit in with my job and how it would work if I went on tour, and how much time out I’d have to take.

“I think it’s just one of those things that’s going to happen when it happens. I love kids, but I think there’s so much more to raising a child than just loving children,” she said.

Although she didn’t confirm when the “Emma.” star proposed, The Sun first reported the news of their engagement on Dec. 26, citing a source close to the pair.

“Dua and Callum are so in love and know this is forever. They are engaged and couldn’t be happier,” the insider shared. “Dua has had one of the best years of her career professionally and this is the cherry on the cake.”

The source added, “Callum is such a solid support for Dua and they make a wonderful couple. Their family and friends are so happy. It’s been an amazing Christmas for them.”

In January 2024, Page Six exclusively revealed that the pop star and the “Green Room” star were dating after they were spotted dancing the night away at his “Masters of Air” premiere afterparty in Los Angeles.

At the time, an insider told us they were “mad about each other” despite the newness of their relationship.

Months later, they were photographed together while engaging in some PDA during a trip to New York City.

Prior to the relationship with Turner, the Grammy winner was romantically linked to Jack Harlow and Trevor Noah. She also dated Gigi and Bella Hadid’s brother, Anwar, from 2019 until 2021.

Turner, meanwhile, previously dated “The Crown” actress Vanessa Kirby for four years until they split in 2020.

“Vanessa and Callum are both rising stars in the acting world and in the last few years they have been flooded with offers,” sources told the UK Sun at the time of their breakup.

“But as their careers have taken off, their relationship has suffered and they have gradually grown apart. It’s very sad as they were once so close.”
